This is an amazing piece of equipment that takes coffee to next level. The only bad thing is when the machine decides to self clean for an hour.

The quick set up guide, along with the water hardness test made this machine simple to get going. Once set up the ease of this system can not be praised enough. I was able to walk my wife through how to brew over the phone after only having the machine for one day. I can not stress this enough, if you are on the fence about buying this just do it.
