So many incredible features! We thought we would need another coffe machine to go along with the espresso machine but it really does it all!!!

Does it make excellent coffee? Sometimes.... Is it easy to use? Kind of.... Is it way overpriced? ABSOLUTELY! Does it have cool features? Yes, when they work right..... I use this every morning. I have given up on making espresso with this though. It has become a very expensive basic coffee maker. When I try to make espresso, specifically the quad shot, it only produces about 1/4 what it should and the rest of the water is lost to the overflow catch tray. I have tried every troubleshooting technique, nothing works to fix the problem. I have used 6 or 7 different brands/types of coffee bean. None work in this system correctly. If you want a fantastic cup of regular coffee and don't mind paying a ridiculous price for a coffee maker then this is for you.

New to espresso machines, but very eash to use, and love it.

I really enjoy this machine. I was looking for something to keep me from buying coffee out and to save some money. It took me forever to decide on this but I am glad that I did. It has been easy to navigate and I enjoy it. The only option (which is why I gave the 4 stars) on the machine that could use improvement is the over ice option. That makes the coffee way too strong and like octane no matter how you brew it. The best bet is to use the cold brew option. The cold brew option is a lot better. Other than that so far I really enjoy it. I am hoping it holds up over time.

I’m enjoying my new cafe barista system. The classic coffees come out super hot, which is a must for me. The only somewhat negative comment I have is the expresso option. Although I have the setting in r he highest heat level , the coffee heat level isn’t what I expected once it falls on the demitasse cup and you bring it up to sip. On the other hand mixing it as a latte or cappuccino, it works out just fine.

Perfect, hesitant to buy but it was totally worth it. Best coffee ever.
