This machine looks intimidating but it is fairly easy after watching the tutorial. Makes the best espresso along with drip coffee, cold brew, quad shots, and iced espresso. So many different ways to use this machine and is so worth the money!

Easiest and tastiest coffee! I have tried lots of coffee makers and this is the best one. I made a coffee in less that one minute this morning!

We’ve have the ninja for roughly 3 months and it’s worked great. It takes away the guessing game which we don’t have time for! Creates great drinks!

Love this thing! Would be a 5 but the grinder is a little wonky. Havent decided if its me or the machine. Coffee tastes great though and it does much of the guess work for you.

We absolutely love this machine so much so we had to get another for our college bound kid. It is extremely versatile and it also allows you to use the grinds twice. The unit is very very easy to use and maintaining it is a breeze. You can make everything from a flat white to a macchiato and even let your coffee barista imagination design the best cup ever..

Amazing machine 100% should buy this! If you are looking for a combination machine that will grind the beans, brew the coffee and froth your milk, this is the one! It is all self contained, it has great storage, and the machine is awesome, I highly recommend buying it!

All I can say is WOW!!! This machine is awesome for both coffee and expresso. It's intuitive and very easy to use. The water reservoir is a good size, and the coffee bean grinding function takes all the guesswork out of making a perfect cup of expresso or coffee. This machine is billed as an entry-level brewer for expresso newbies, but I couldn't disagree more. Just because it's easy to use shouldn't make it a beginner's brewer. It has 25 grind levels with a grinder that has a self-cleaning feature and a built-in weight scale. You just can't go wrong. Every time you change beans, you're supposed to brew three times before it's "ready," but that's nonsense. Even those expendable brews are delightful. I had purchased a fully automatic name brand brewer before this at twice the price, and it malfunctioned right out of the box. Buy this machine and you won't be disappointed.

Makes really high quality coffee. Easy to use and install. The same coffee beans used in a different machine don't taste nearly as good as they do in this.

Fantastic machine which makes great espresso, double espresso, quad espresso, coffee, and cold brew. Frother makes great frothed milk for cappuccino and flat white/latte. Easy to use, includes everything you need to make great coffee drinks.

Excellent coffee Ive been making about 3 coffees daily for a year now and havent had any major issues.

Coffee is delicious. My only complaints. If it runs out of coffee beans during a grind, it starts over no matter what is in the portafilter. It doesn’t always get the amount of water correct. Drip coffee Sometimes you get 3/4 of a cup sometimes it slightly overflows the cup

The quick set up guide, along with the water hardness test made this machine simple to get going. Once set up the ease of this system can not be praised enough. I was able to walk my wife through how to brew over the phone after only having the machine for one day. I can not stress this enough, if you are on the fence about buying this just do it.
