Our family bought this to cut down on some of the name-brand coffee store purchases. Everyone loves using it and has started making variations of their own drinks.

I would give this more stars if I could. I previously purchased a machine that was 2X more than this. It took me a week to get my coffee right. This machine was perfect right out of the box. I absolutely love it. So easy to use. Perfect drinks every time. Highly recommend. Ninja doesn't disappoint on this one.

I was skeptical at first, after trying another semi-automatic espresso machines, they felt flimsy, low build quality and what’s most important the brew quality was disappointing, I’ve owned Ninja appliances for years now, but somehow didn’t think they could also have a espresso machine in their product lineup, after enough time to check pros and cons, I can honestly say, if you want a good quality espresso without the hassle and time consuming process the purists or more experienced baristas consider a must have, this is the one for you, straightforward process, fast and clean, also giving you the versatility to create cappuccinos, lattes, or just “lungos” (americanos).

So far it meets my expectations. I love drinking iced quad espressos daily but it was becoming a hassle to drive to Starbucks everyday for one. I had tried other espresso machines (breville, delonghi) but I had no patience in dialing in my coffee beans. This machine takes the guess work and after 2-3 runs with the same coffee beans I was able to get a decent puck. Something I had no patience achieving with the completely manual espresso machine. For me the PROS: • dials in coffee for me • it makes cold pressed espresso • drip coffee • froths for me (hot and cold) Cons for others: • no manual option for frothing • the frothing pitcher isn’t suitable for latte art.

Been using for a couple months. Makes great espresso, burr grinder, automatically shows grinder setting based on your drink selection. From a Regular coffee to a quatro espresso, all have been easy and perfect. The various foam options are amazing,

07feb2025 - bought this as xmas present for my wife. So far so good. Very easy to use once you get thru the initial setup and "fear" of new unknown process. Has been great so far, now easy to use, and great tasting coffee / expresso's. would highly recommend

This machine produces espresso with conditions. The instructions state to tamp the coffee until the spring tamper touches the funnel. When doing so, the machine doesn't produce enough pressure to push water and subsequently coffee through. I've been tamping lighter and that helps most of the time. The auto frother works extremely well, which is the only reason this is a 4 instead of 5 stars.

My first Breville failed after 6 years, my second after 9 months and the third after 3 years. I decided to replace my Breville Barista Express with the Ninja Luxe Cafe. The Luxe Cafe is simple to set up and use. My opinion is the Ninja makes a fair espresso. The Breville Barista is not beginner friendly. I had to adjust the settings to make a good espresso often.

This is seriously espresso for dummies. I'm not a pro at espresso but I can taste the difference between a good cup and a bad cup. As a busy person, I don't have time to do pour overs and percolators and all that jazz. I wanted something simple, easy, efficient but quality as well. That's what this machine does. It's worth every penny and I would buy it again in a heartbeat.

Set up was easy and straight forward. Making coffee is easy, as well as cleaning the machine. Wish I could have gotten this sooner and it has upped my at home coffee making game.

This was a gift for my wife and this is an absolute game changer to have for fans of espresso and coffee. It was very easy to setup and get going. We have yet to go through a cleaning cycle, but to get a Starbucks or local coffee shop drink made in your own kitchen with relative ease is what makes this worth it.

So easy to use. Everything all in one~ makes being an at home barista easy!!! Coffee & espresso is delicious.

This Ninja espresso machine is excellent. After thorough research, I selected it due to its user-friendly design, ideal for beginners seeking a less demanding learning curve before mastering espresso preparation.

I had to return the first one due to issues with the sizes being wrong for iced coffee and regular coffee. Another issue I noticed is that it spills some grounds on to the platter part of the machine. Also didn’t realize that water pools at the bottom resevoir…. Called Ninja and they did a FaceTime to determine the issue… they advised me to return to the store and I receive it tomorrow. I want to love this so bad…. Coffee is amazing and machine is so easy to use!!

Love the Luxe. Easy to use. Heavy and well made. Comes with an excellent manual and all the accessories you might need. We've used it everyday since Christmas and haven't had any issues.

I bought this as a gift for my wife and she loves it. She has made espresso, cold press brew or espresso and is drinking more coffee than before. She is the barista at home and picked up on the use pretty quickly.
