Love it! This is tjr easiest cooking appliance I have ever used and the food tastes wonderful.

We gave 3 of them as Christmas presents and they were a huge hit. Everyone loved the dual functionality and the Ninja name.

The only complaint I would have about this product is the times that it suggests. I've learned to use the minimum time that it says to use. Other than that I love it. Makes meals quick. Simple instructions in the recipe book.

So far so good. We use the air fryer option the most and it is fantastic. I would recommend this to everybody.

Great product, made wings for first time and it’s awesome! Veggies cook great. Only problem I have is I asked Ninja why there are no Ninja Speedi cookbooks!? I got a generic form reply saying thanks for checking us out. I resent the email twice and got the same reply!

Great to do both air fry and bake. Smart controls make it very easy to operate.

Pro: -Fast crispy cooking -Can cook meals at once Con: -Lid hard to clean I’ve owned a couple of Ninja air fryers and have always liked them. They cook evenly, quickly, and are more convenient to use. This one is no exception. This one can use steam to rapidly cook food and keep them moist on the inside. There’s two main cooking methods, Speedi and Air Fry. Speedi uses circulation of steam to cook. Add water or broth at the bottom and it’ll heat up till steaming and start to cook. Air Fry is what is expected, cooking with hot air with little to no oil. Inside, the pot is big enough for large portions of food. The Crisper tray can be positioned at the bottom or closer to the heat. Both are non-stick and are easy to clean. Really the only drawback of these types of fryers is that the lid is hard to clean. The surface behind the heat coil will start to get greasy and there’s no easy way to clean it. I’ve only had it for a week and there’s already some build up. Speedi Meals (Steam) The Speedi settings use steam to rapidly cook while maintaining moisture. It can be used to cook the whole meal, with food such as pasta and vegetables on the bottom, and proteins on top. From what I’ve tried, it does a good job and is quick and easy. However it takes some experimenting to cook smaller servings. I would think that using steam would leave the food wet and soggy, but when I tried Steam and Crisp with salmon, the skin came out with a light crisp while the meat was evenly cooked and juicy. There are settings just for steaming, one suited for baking pastries, and a Proof setting for bread making, though I didn’t try those. Air Fry and Bake The air fry settings cook fast and the results are crispy. Chicken strips are crunchy, and salmon has a nice crisp to the skin. Broiling will give a nice seering on top, but can overcook easily. Baking cuts the time in half compared to an oven but may not give the same result as slow roasting in an oven. There’s a setting for saute, which is just like using a pan. There’s also one for slow cooking, dehydrating, and sous vi, but I have no experience with those. Final Thought Everyone should have an air fryer. I like these types of air fryers because they are versatile and easy to use. It’s big enough to cook large servings and cleaning is easy, with the exception of the inside of the lid area behind the heat coil. The food cooks quickly and evenly. The settings that use steam keeps the food tender and moist, and the air fry settings has food coming out nice and crispy.

I have been a user of Ninja products for years. I have owned a Ninja Foodi that has been a daily staple in my home for many years. I recently bought my parents a Foodi as well for Christmas because we love ours so much. It mostly get's used for Dino Nugs for my kids but we use it for everything. The Ninja Speedi carries on in the tradition of the Foodi and other Ninja products in quality and ease of use. Similar in size this fits perfectly in the corner of our counter. The design is quite different than the Foodi with a grey/blue design. The functions are easy to understand and it comes with a quick start guide that contains a bunch of recipes. There is also something called the Ninja test kitchen online, where you enter your ingredients you have in the house and it creates a recipe for you from scratch. It also contains a chart that tells you cook times for a large variety of items from fresh to frozen. Very cool. There are two basic parts of this device. Rapid cooker which includes the speedi meals option, steam and crisp, steam and bake, steam and proof. Then you can flip the lever on top and move over to the air fry option which includes air fry, bake/roast, broil, dehydrate sear, slow cooker and sous vide. The only option that this does not have that the foodi had is the pressure cooker. The wife and I tried several of the speedi meals. Basically you put your pasta or rice on the bottom and protein on the top and it cooks it, pretty much perfectly! We were both super impressed with how easy and fast this whole process was. The website gives you specific instructions on times and temps, so there is no guessing! The two pieces that go inside of this cooker are actually dishwasher safe, but super easy to just clean up in the sink. So with the speedi, you get about 3 or 4 devices (air fryer, steamer, sous vide, roast, saute, dehydrate, slow cook) in one. About the only thing it doesn't do is pressure cook. This thing is pretty amazing and for a family it's perfect. Come home throw some rice or pasta in the bottom with some water and seasoning or chicken broth throw some chicken on top and within 20 minutes you're plating up the food. Very high recommended! Only thing I would request from Ninja is MAKE AN APP! All these recipes should be on an app to make things streamlined! Other than that, keep doing what you're doing!
