Love this air fryer/ Speedi cooker! I thought about returning it because I thought I was too fancy for me but one I used it the first time fell in love with it!

The Ninja Speedi Rapid Cooker and Air Fryer is the perfect all in one meal cooker. I admit that it was a lot bigger than expected but what an awesome product from Ninja. The flip top lid is so convenient in operating the whole unit. The Ninja will steam and air fry at the same time or just steam and just air fry. One of the best features of the Ninja -Speedi is that you can scan the bar code on the box and it will take you to a website to help you Build Your Own Speedi Meal and once you pick out your ingredients it will give you instructions for cooking your meal. Right away I wanted to try the Chiken Brocolli Alfredo from the quick start guide and recipe book included with Ninja Speedi. I followed the instructions and the chicken and pasta turned out perfect. You start with the Smartswitch which controls and sets the tone for all cooking using speeedi rapid or air fry/stovetop. My favorite setting will definitely be the for making the speddi meals. The multi-functional Crisper comes with pull out legs for a better cooking process when making speeedi meals. Once you place food in pot or crisper you choose temperature and time near display then press start on the Ninja Speedi Cooker. The rapid cook and air fry both have their particular cooking methods such as steam and crisp, steam and bake for speedi meals with the air fry having bake/roast and broil. I will definitely be using the best of both cooking modes with my Ninja-Speedi Rapid Cooker and Air Fryer in the future.

I have been a fan of Ninja products since my girlfriend introduced me to an incredible Ninja blender many, many years ago. We were excited to get our hands on this Rapid Cooker & Air Fryer and try it out, and we are both very impressed! The cooker comes with a wonderful cook book to get you started on trying out different features. We made some delicious bacon chicken ranch mac & cheese! The chicken was crisped on top and juicy inside; noodles were perfectly and evenly cooked on the bottom. It was so quick and so yummy! From there we went on to trying things out on our own. Steaming veggies, rice and quinoa, and next up are some chicken wings. Not everything has been perfect on its first run, there is a bit of a practice makes perfect feel to this device as it is a bit different in its use and design. But we absolutely love it! The cooker is very versatile, which is welcome in our smaller than ideal kitchen. It’s like having an air fryer, toaster oven and slow cooker all in one. Sort of like an insta-pot with an air fryer. It doesn’t get that hot either, so it’s not fighting the AC on a warm summer day. It has a fairly small foot print considering all it does and is light enough to be easily moved if needed. And despite all this, the first meal we made filed up two adults and had a hearty amount of leftovers. The cookbook that is included is great as we found it to be a great source of inspiration for what you may be able to create on your own. There is even a cool website where you just select what you would like your meal to consist of and it gives you a recipe to follow. Overall this is an excellent appliance and a welcome addition to our kitchen. It is well constructed and can replace our air fryer and crock pot while doing even more than those 2 appliances did. I would think its size and versatility would really be appreciated by those with extremely limited counter space. We love this device and absolutely would recommend this to a friend.

The Ninja Speedi Rapid Cooker & Air Fryer is a very useful kitchen appliance that is going to improve my future meals and speed up the cooking process also. I'm really enjoying this appliance so far. Following are some of the things I like about this appliance: - It was easy to set up. There is an owner's guide and quick start guide that are very helpful. Safeguards are included, which are helpful if you haven't used an air fryer or rapid cooker before. Good illustrations of parts and assembly and good descriptions and illustrations of the buttons on the control panel. Very easy to follow the instructions on how to use the many functions, when to choose the rapid cooker or air fryer mode and good explanations of how to prepare, cook or bake. If you have never used one of these, don't worry about figuring it out, as the instructions really make it easy. - I also love that it comes with a Speedi Meals and Build your own Speedi Meals print out of instructions on fast easy meals. Also includes great illustrations and recipes, steam and crisp charts, and air fry charts. There are also a ton more meals and recipes on the Ninja test kitchen website. Really helps you get started to follow some of these recipes and it has given me a lot of good ideas for new things to try. - Cleaning up is very easy and quick. I love the fact the cooking pot and tray are dishwasher safe. For the base, you just unplug it and wipe down the inside and outside with mild soap and water. Very simple to clean up. - Most importantly, everything I have cooked has turned out great! I air fried some bacon, which came out evenly crisp. I made fresh breaded chicken breasts with garden fresh green beans at the same time - only 15 minutes later I had a delicious chicken picata and perfectly cooked green beans. My family loved it! I tried air frying left over pizza and it was perfect, so much better than microwaving it. I've used the air fryer to make brussel sprouts and french fries and they were incredible. I've had rave reviews from my family on everything I have made so far. I have a lot of other things I can't wait to try making! - Love the fact I can make more than one food at the same time, as you can't do that in most air fryers. There are a lot of different types of cooking that can all be done in this one appliance, with more than one type at the same time. Makes it easy to make a whole meal at once, all in this one device. - It has a 6 quart capacity, so it easily makes enough food for my family of four people. If you have been thinking about getting an appliance like this, you can't go wrong with this one. The feature/functionality includes everything you need and more.

I’m still learning how to use this. I’ve made the chicken pasta dish in it and the chicken was overcooked, so I need to watch it. The pasta was delicious. Just don’t like the smell it makes while cooking. I’m not convinced on the speed of it being quick.

As usual, packaged very well. Good looking appliance appears well built and designed and heavy. Simple and easy to use. First cook was 2.24 lbs. of wings using the Ninja Speedi in the RAPID COOKER, STEAM & CRISP, mode, 450 degrees F. 24 minutes. Following the guide, that came with the cooker, the wings came out perfect. Nice crispy skin and tender and moist meat that came right off the bones. Clean up is easy, no external mess, just remove the basket with the crisper insert, add water and dish soap, let it soak, finished by hand washing after approximately one hour, cleaned up same as new. Once the main unit has cooled, unplug the appliance and wipe down the lid area and internal area where the basket sits. Stacked meals or referring to Ninja’s Speedi Meals are very cool. Ninja has taken a lot of the guess work out of the recipe process. Following the information that came with the Speedi cooker or going online to the ninjatestkitchen.com/speedimealbuilder you will find an incredible variety of meal options/idea. You may have to adjust the cooking when you are cooking certain vegetables that cooking quickly or that you prefer crisper and the meat you’re cooking. The tables supplied by Ninja are guidelines, you must remember you may have to adjust the timing used for thicker or thinner meat. I am cooking for one most of the time. The Ninja Speedi makes cooking a meal for one person a breeze. You can simply cut many of the menus in half and cook 2 meals for one person, leftovers work for me. The Ninja Speedi is versatile with a nice variety of setting. Being able to steam food and then crisp the food or bake the food without changing lids or having to make additional adjustments to the settings is perfect. This is one of the simplest cooking appliances that I have used with a good temperature range and time settings.

The Ninja Speedi cooker makes a meal like fresh boneless skinless chicken thighs and rice and frozen vegetables all together at the same time in an efficient 10 to 15 minutes. The food is juicy and flavorful. The Ninja Speedi Rapid Cooker comes with a variety of recipes for your family to cook, as well as using ingredients that you might already have in your refrigerator. In addition to the recipe book included with the Ninja Speedi Cooker, is a website available to create your own meals by selecting a variety of ingredients and provides you with cooking instructions based on what items you select for your meal. My least favorite part of the chicken is the thighs, however, once I had made them with the Ninja, I could eat the entire piece. The fat comes right off the chicken while it is being cooked, while simultaneously steaming rice and vegetables to near perfection. Having the Speedi recipe builder takes out the guesswork when putting together a meal. I am not much of a meal preparer, as I have trouble keeping track of cooking multiple things at the same time. Following the recipe directions, the chicken, rice, and vegetables were ready to eat within 10-15 minutes. I have not had an opportunity to evaluate the other modes outside of the Speedi recipes, but I look forward to air frying things as well. The crisping tray and cooking pot are easy to clean in the dishwasher and come out looking clean and brand new. The interface is quite easy to navigate and very straightforward to use. I always thought that you cannot cook meats and steam vegetables in the same device at the same time. This does it both and saves preparation time. I cannot recommend this product enough, whether you are a novice cook like myself, or an experienced cook. You will not be disappointed.
