Customers are saying
Customers praise the NES Classic Edition's game selection, ease of use, small size, and the inclusion of HDMI for modern TVs. Positive comments also highlight the nostalgic appeal and affordable price. However, a common complaint centers on the short controller cord length. Overall, the system is seen as a fun and easy-to-use retro gaming experience.

Great content, poor accessory
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Classic NES games are great, of course. However, there's only one controller with a short cord so you may need to invest in additional accessories to keep this in a family room.

Awesome!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I might have chosen a few different games to be on it but still really fun to play these games all over again. It's fun to see how much of these games are still remembered after all this time.

Great system
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Just like the old system, but it only comes with a two foot cord for the controllers. You will need to buy an extension cord (which will run about 10 bucks) for the controllers.

Missed opportunity, too hard to buy
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Good: Nostalgia galore. Emulation is good enough. Very easy to hack and add your own NES games. The Bad: This is a great concept but Nintendo really dropped the ball by not allowing any expansions. Just think if you could buy another 30 games on a little memory card / cartridge that looks just like an NES cart. The Ugly: The controller cords are insultingly short. Do yourself a favor and buy extensions. The Worst: The supply constraint on the NES Classic is aggressively anti-consumer / anti-fan just for a little bit of PR potential.
