For those of us who had or have a NES or those who never had one, this is awesome. The clarity of the game is great with hdmi. It's so freaking awesome how tiny it is. Just over all great. But of course buy an extension for the controller that is the only down side.

30 of the best NES games in one place in colorful HD? No brainer. Only problem is the laughably short controller cord but luckily I have 2 SNES controllers that also work. Or I recommend the insignia cord extensions. Otherwise amazing product

This little guy is a very accurate replica of my childhood experiences. It is fun for me to watch my boys enjoying the same games I played. I don’t like how short the controller cord is. I really like how this holds up to extended playing better than the old one. The game selection window works well and saves your progress at any given moment. You’ll want to grab an extra controller.

This thing is great, $60, 30 games, some of the all time best around. If you grew up with the NES this a great nostalgia trip, if you're curious about gaming 30 years ago this is a good choice. Also buy an extension cord for the controllers.

Great throwback device, very fun. The cords however are way too small. We have large extension cords to connect to the tv, to power so we can get the console close enough to us so we can sit on the couch and not hug the entertainment system the whole time. That is a design flaw, but the product was cheap considering.

I grew up with the original NES and although I still have my original products I was excited to get this. Game selection is good. My only real complaint about it is the cord length. When you have a 65 inch TV and a 3 foot cord, I can just hear my mom tell me to quit sitting so close to the TV like she did in the 80s. Other than that it really is a fun product and enjoyable to play.

This is an awesome product never expect Nintendo to come up with a brilliant plan and ideathat could bring all these classic game back and bring back so many childhood memory. Thank you Nintendo. Awesome device. Worth waiting in line at 12 dregree weather for.

First off, if you are lucky enough to find one of these, go ahead and get it. It's inexpensive but has a lot of value. Great NES classic games from my childhood that have never looked better. Terrific value and likely to be a limited edition collectible soon.

Good for the kids and nostalgia! If you get one look into getting an extra controller too since it only comes with 1. Also there are easy mod instructions on youtube to help you add more games once you finish playing the 30 it comes with.

After missing out on the initially release almost 2 years ago, I was finally able to pick one of these up and go on a little nostalgia trip... most of the classics are included, and the ability to utilize save states through the emulator makes some of the less forgiving games easier to get through... my only complaint would be that the cable for the controller is really short.

Many games preloaded on the mini system with ability to save progress. Out of all of them may only play 5. Would be better if it had 2 contillers and longer cord if not wireless. Kids enjoy the old Mario games and donkey Kong. But they get bored compared to everything else out there. Nintendo now offers online memebership with switch which also includes some retro games.

So happy with the NES Classic Edition. LOVE playing these classic video games...brings back GREAT memories. Only drawback, the cord for the controller is too short, had to buy an extension. Overall, VERY HAPPY with this purchase!

This definitely brings back memories from when I was a kid. Terrific value at $59.99. My kids love the old school games. The only issue is that the wires are so short on the controller that it comes with. If you aren't careful it will pull on the NES system. Needed to buy longer generic controllers. Otherwise the family is having a blast taking it back old school.

I love the small size and all the fun games that take me back to childhood. Only cons are that the controller cord length is very short, so I highly recommend getting extensions. Also, most of the games are very early editions. Seems like it wouldn't have been too difficult to fit more later edition games as well. Overall, no regrets for the price - I've enjoyed it!

This system has a lot (though not all) of the NES games that made the original system so great. The small portable size works well. My only complaint is that the controllers are a bit short. But overall, it's totally worth the price.

Pour yourself some cereal, kick on the ol NES and have yourself a perfect 1980s Saturday Morning. The visual display options are perfect and game selection is great. Get yourself some controller extension cables and you'll be all set.

The NES Classic is a great burst of nostalgia and is well worth the money. Yes it is extremely hard to find, and yes the controller cord is far, far too short, but it is still worth it when you can fire up some old classics in such a convenient package.

I'm sick of seeing whiney comments. I understand the graphics aren't perfect and the consoler cable could be longer, but the console was only $60! Super fun games, cheap price, and makes me feel like I'm 8 years old at my grandma's house again. So worth it

First of all this console is adorable! So small, so cute. My only complaints are (and I don't know the technical terminology for this but) it doesn't have a good reaction time. I bought it for Dr Mario and I can't do the quick moves that I can still do on the original. Also, the cords are way too short making the extensions a must in my opinion. Other than that, I love it.

Love it! The games are great and this unit is easy to hook up with an HDMI cable. Looks fantastic on my 65” TCL 6 Series TV I’d give it 4 1/2 stars if I could because it only comes with 1 Controller and the cable is on 3 feet long
