fun to play games that are nostalgic and make you feel like a kid again.

My only gripe is there's slight input lag. I play the Super Mario games for the most part and I notice there's a very slight lag between pressing the "A" button to jump and the action on the screen. It is very minimal and probably not noticeable to most people. Unless you've played the original NES where there's instant response you might not notice the input lag in this version of the console.

Really cool throwback to childhood. The cable is too small though.

I have used a wide variety of emulators and 3rd party controllers for the nes but this is the closest to the original feel. Hours of fun with this system. Controllers are very short like others mention so I purchased an extension.

This is great system that I have been chasing for 2 years since it came out for my grandchildren. They love these classic games. Thanks Nintendo for restocking, and Best Buy for having ample supplies on hand, and no price gouging!

Outside of buying an old NES, this is the absolute best way to experience some of the best the system has to offer. No emulator can be attached to a TV and still display as well as this. An amazing improvement over Wii and Wii U emulation, for sure.

Found out Best Buy had a limited number of Nintendo Nes classic systems available online and I was able to snag one for the normal retail price (most places are charging a lot more than the MSRP because this system is in high demand and there is a low supply). Only con I would say is switching games is not as easy as I would like. But overall great product and I enjoy the throwback games.

Aside from the short controller cable, this micro console is perfect. The game selection is excellent and emulation works well. Make sure to get controller extension cables to go with it.

Overall the Nintendo - Entertainment System: NES Classic Edition is a great value for the money. Considering the original game system came out over 3 decades ago and that most of the original systems would have aged so that they are hard to find in great working condition, I would recommend it as the perfect throwback to celebrate the best decade of gaming!

Loved it as a kid, really like compact light weight packaging now.
