This is a lot of fun with lots of games to play. The reason it didn’t get 5 stars is because the controller cord is ridiculously small!! Like only 2 ft long. No idea why they did that.

Had one as a child and now i get to relive it...wish cable was longer but still hours of fun...

This lil Nintendo console has some great games. However, it also has some pretty dull ones as well. I wish Nintendo would have put more of the all time classics and not just crammed it with ill forgotten games just to say that it comes with 30 games. Either way, you will still have hours of entertainment with the family. There is just something about a controller with 2 buttons that takes you back to a simpler gaming time.

I still have my old NES but I was thrilled to be able to finally get my hands on the NES Classic Edition when Nintendo re-released it. The menu is great and it is easier for my son to use than the Raspberry Pi. This system has *almost* all of the essentials. My main two complaints are that they didn't include either Baseball or Bases Loaded, and they disabled the Konami code on Gradius! I also would have liked to have seen an eShop for this system to expand the line of games. Nintendo has gone to a subscription-based service with the switch, so no thanks. Still, there are a ton of great games and it's a polished little system.

This brings back such fun memories, though I wish the cord was longer, it has been fun to play!

This system is compact and contains all of the original greats. My son loves this system.

It took me over a year to get one of these since they first came out around Christmas 2016 I think? I almost gave up until Best Buy came through as soon as they had it in stock. The original NES was the first game system I ever owned as a kid and this tiny box of fun brings you right back with all the games I had back then already built-in, No more blowing dust off the game cartridges trying to get them to work! LOL

Great deal for the number of games. Easy set up (plug and play). Definitely worth the price!

this is an awesome system. now i can let my kids play original nes games without them breaking my real nes and game cartridges. the only drawback are the short controller cables. easily fixed with extension cables or the awesome 8bitdo wireless controllers. its really funny to watch my kids play these old games and comment how hard they are! i guess modern games are easier. the snes classic is also a lot of fun too.

The NES Classic is a great way to revisit some of the most classic video games ever. The games included still hold up extremely well and the device replicates the games perfectly. The design of the console and controllers is perfect and faithful to the original with the only gripe being the controller length. It is very short. Controller extenders a must. Other than that, definitely scoop this up if you can find one!

I ended up buying this after more than a month after November's release; December 20th. Had to wait 8 hours in line to get mine. I was first in line, so it was cool. People were already coming by the time I made it. It is great to own one of these NES mini. It includes thirty games in total and definately worth playing, especially the Zelda and Mario series. Honestly I have mine kept brand new currently. It feels like truely like a collectable.

Literally so small this it fits on ur hand & the built in games....priceless for the price!!

If you have fond memories of the original NES and want a blast from the past with a great selection of classic games, this is the best retro experience possible. It has a fantastic game lineup, faithful display options along with save states that update the games without altering them. The controller is exactly as you remember and is perfect. It’s a great plug and play system. There are two issues to be aware of. The controller cable is extremely short so grab an extension cable. Also, it only includes one controller and extras are hard to get. Other than that gripe, it is a perfect miniature representation of the classic NES.

I was excited to get one of these, finally! It's been fun to play old school games that I remember as a kid - Donkey Kong, Mario, and Galaga are cool to play again. My only knock would be the single controller with the super short cable, which means you're buying another (or two wireless ones if you can), or using this in your car or something. It's a ton of fun though, and I'm really glad to have gotten one!

For 59.99 you really can't beat what your getting inside the box. 30 Games with an included controller and only 9.99 for an extra! Most importantly of course, brought my childhood back! Must have this holiday for all ages!

This will bring you back to a simpler time. It comes loaded with 30 classic awesome games and 1 controller. This comes with everything out of the box to enjoy such as power cord, HDMI cord, console and 1 controller. There is no loading slot for cartridges as all of the games are physically stored on the console. A great gift for people of all ages. I look forward to giving this to my daughter to play down the road.

I fell in love with Nintendo when I first played Super Mario Bros. I remember always playing that game when it was first introduced to me by my mom. My brother and I would always play together being Mario or Luigi. When I heard they were going to come out with a official mini version of the NES, I just had to get one. I had to wait eight hours in line in order to get one, but it was totally worth the wait. Now I get to feel that nostagia!
