Ordered this from the Best Buy app and got it real fast, really lucky. Console is great, except for the controller cord being unbelievable short. Luckily Best Buy sells an insignia extension for a decent price. The emulation on this thing is really solid. The colors pop on any HDTV more than any virtual console or PC emulation ROM ever has. Love how small the actual console is, collectors must have.

This little box is so full of nostalgia, it makes an awesome gift for that Nintendo fan in your life! The games are a great selection, and the different filter modes for the display are really fun. Possibly the best feature is the save game slots, pick up right where you left off, even if the game doesn't natively support it. Hard to find, but so much fun! It's a shame that they have been discontinued...

Anybody who grew up with a NES in their life should have a great appreciation for this product, particularly those who may have otherwise fallen away from video games in recent years. The build quality of the device is solid - No surprise since it's coming from Nintendo directly and not a licensee as these retro consoles often do. As you've probably heard, the controller cable is laughably short. Even in my living room where I sit obscenely close to the television, the cable was not nearly long enough. If you plan on putting this thing through it's paces, opt for the separate extender cable.

What a great console. Comes with a lot of diff games to choose. Only complaint is that the controller cord is too short and only comes with one controller.

I love this system. I waited outside for about an hour before Christmas and finally was able to get one. It was well worth it. Only down side is that is comes only with one controller and that controller has a VERY short cord. I initially just used a long HDMI cord but has since purchased wireless controller. My whole family enjoys playing this! I also love the fact that it looks really good on my Sony 4K TV.

It took a while to get my hands on one at regular price. Best Buy came through perfectly. This is not a regular plug and play. It has some of the best NES games from the 80s. It's the perfect console for entertaining guests, teaching young kids how to play video games, or to take a nice trip down memory lane. It's worth the effort to find one. Make sure you pick up a wireless controller. You might need it.

Great re-play collection with a smaller footprint. Scratches the itch for Mario and Donkey Kong games. Should come with 2 controllers. Cords are very short--you'll need to get longer ones for play on a large screen. Missing 3 of my favorites: Tetris, Contra and Rush'n'Attack. Needs a joystick for Galaga. Unfortunately, the Wii joystick (while it will plug in), doesn't work.

I love this thing. A mini version of a game system I had as a child. Alot of the same games as well. I wish it had longer cords. Every cord is way to short

A great selection of games for the price. Of course I wish that there were more games offered and that you could get more games, but for the price the mini NES is a no brainer!

The NES Classic comes with enough games to keep you busy at about a quarter of the cost of the 80’s. It was easy to setup and start playing right away. Plenty of nostalgia packed into a tiny console. The video looks great on a larger screen and offers a few options for 4x3 and Pixel Perfect viewing. Overall, a great buy and looking forward to adding the SNES Classic.

What a beauty to have the NES classic system back home. Brings me back to my child years and now the kids get to experience the games as well. Sure it’s not like the latest video game systems available but sure does bring more fun in the house.! Nintendo classic was a excellent idea... thank you Best Buy for having it !

Easy hookup and ready to play. Very fun and nostalgic. Only drawback is I wish it had paperboy on it. Otherwise very fun and a nice break from the ps4.

This is where it all started. This little gizmo has all the games that I remember from my teenage years. My children can now enjoy the classics and really appreciate all the advancements for the games that they have today. It’s really funny to see them play classic Super Mario Bros, Donkey King, PacMan, Punch Out.. And then go to the new Xbox One and play Battlefield 1, Halo and Titanfall. It’s all good.
