Easy hookup and ready to play. Very fun and nostalgic. Only drawback is I wish it had paperboy on it. Otherwise very fun and a nice break from the ps4.

Any fans of the classics will recognize most of the games included in the NES classic. The game choice is great, but could be better. The emulation and system setup is fun. My only "gripes" with this are 1) Controller cable is ridiculously short (should have been wireless or longer cable). 2) You cannot exit out of a game unless you hit the reset button on the system itself (there should have been a button on the controller that would take you back to the menu). Great product, but not perfect for sure. Expect to get off the couch a lot and to buy extensions for the controller.

I couldn't believe Best Buy had this in stock at the store. I dropped one star because the cord is really short! This makes a great product for traveling.

We love it. I haven't played games in years as all the new games are just full of blood, violence and gore ( to each thier own not my thing). This game has brought me closer to my kids because i can now play with them and them me. Plus it's funny watching them try to use the "old school" controllers as if they're so much harder than what they're use to. Cord is pretty short though but we dont mind

Great little system! Takes me back to 7 years old. If you had the old NES system when you were a kid...this is a must have.

What a beauty to have the NES classic system back home. Brings me back to my child years and now the kids get to experience the games as well. Sure it’s not like the latest video game systems available but sure does bring more fun in the house.! Nintendo classic was a excellent idea... thank you Best Buy for having it !

Great size for traveling. Easy to set up and use. Great quality games.

Great selection of games for the price. Graphics are good on an LED tv. My kids have said how hard the games are compared to new systems. They are enjoying it as well.Brought back a lot of great memories playing games. Recommend a second controller. If can't find another "NES classic controller" if get wii classic brand name controller will work until they release more. Off brands didn't work for me.

It is very much the same as it was for the NES. It would be really fabulous if Nintendo could have fixed some of the glitches in the games, but it appears to still have the same flaws. The very least that could have been done is adapt it to the new 16:9 screen ratio, instead of 4:3. Not really sure is i would recommend to a friend, it would depend on whether or not they liked the original games. Also, it comes with one controller and several two player games. The last negative is the length of the cables, all of them are quite short (HDMI, Power, and Controller).

Sure I would’ve loved to see more games, but it has all the classics. I just wish the controller cord was longer and that it included two controllers.

Fun throwback system. All the good new games in a small hdmi package.

I jumped on buying as soon as it became available again and it brought good memories of the late 80s and early 90's. can't believe I was playing a pixelated game haha but it still is very fun game. The Controller cable is way too short and require you to purchase an extension. It doesn't cost much to put in extra 3~4ft of cable so we can actually sit AWAY from the TV.

The retro NES is awesome! Great games, easy to plug in anywhere and use.

Love the classic NES. The ability to save at any point in any game is great for those who need to step away or if you are about to enter a difficult part of the game. I used the latter strategy in Metroid to create a save point right before I fought the final boss just in case I needed to restart. The controller cord is a little short, however overall a great device.

Smooth emulation, an amazing choice of games, and well worth the price.

All the best games on one compact system! Great deal for the price!
