Great retro console but it is hard to find a new copy

I am so happy that I purchased its item for my kids.

She absolutely loves playing with her new game system

Pros: Overall great little gaming console with some fantastic games pre-loaded. Cons: the cord of the controller is so Hirt you ha e to play standing up and only one controller included.

Great for nostalgia purposes, small number of games

It makes me feel like I'm eight years old again...

I grew up with the original NES. Most of the games on here are available online through the Switch or Wii U. One really annoying issue is the fact that you can't reset from your controller. You have to go to the console. Terrible design.

I had to get one! For me the NES is just iconic. However the Nintendo Switch has most, if not all, of the games with their online service. I am also disappointed they didn't provide two controllers as they did with the SNES version.

I stood in line in 27 degree weather on dec 20 2016 for a coupon to have the honor to be number 28 of 34 units for a $60 my son loved it. It was nestalgia . Such an @#$%nin marketing ploy by Nintendo I have not seen it since son was happy so!!!

The cords are really short, I have to have theconslle practically next to me for the controller to reach. I should've waited since the Switch has many of these games.

The product is ok, not going to knock the cord because that's beating a dead horse. Game selection could have been better. You would thought in 30+ years they could have made something cooler. This was just a bypass till the switch is released.

I was so excited to finally get this Nintendo, only to be let down. There’s a delay in the controller (and no, it’s not operator error). Maybe I just received a dud, I’m not sure. But it makes playing the games unenjoyable.

I am a big fan of retro games, and this system indeed brought back many childhood memories. The biggest flaw of this system is the very short remote control. Why make it so short? Doesn't make the game enjoyable.

I was excited that the original Nintendo was making a comeback. The chance to play all my favorite childhood games again. But the plug in for the remote is way to short and the controller seems smaller as well.

The system gets five stars. Best buy gets one. I've already reviewed this product and keep getting emails to review this product. Annoying.

I love that Nintendo provides everything, even HDMI cable, however joystick wire is very short, i have 70" tv and I have to play right next to TV to the paint where i cant see anything, this is not good.

Thought it was going to be different The consult was too small I thought it would play the old games the controller cord was too short not very good value for what it is

Lots of games that were great back in the day but that don't play so well now. The nostalgia factor is definitely there but I don't find myself returning to play these games after a couple of runs.
