Customers praise the NES Classic Edition's game selection, ease of use, small size, and the inclusion of HDMI for modern TVs. Positive comments also highlight the nostalgic appeal and affordable price. However, a common complaint centers on the short controller cord length. Overall, the system is seen as a fun and easy-to-use retro gaming experience.

This thing is awesome!! It helps you relive a great nostalgia trip. Only bad thing is how short in length the controller is.

You've seen the reviews by now so you know The NES Mini is worth the $60 price of admission but one gripe I see in reviews is that you can't Download other NES games, Well actually you Now can at your own risk! If you look online you'll find there is a program where you can plug your NES Mini via USB to your PC and download more games! I've seen people with over 80 games on their Mini! So look it up, it works and plus the games are free. Makes that $60 purchase even better!

Great idea, but...

This is an awesome idea! I don't even have issue with the fact that it's not expandable, it's an awesome deal as is. My biggest complaint is that the controllers aren't wireless. Bad move, Nintendo! I get the whole nostalgia thing, but I don't think one person would have been disappointed with wireless controllers. That's probably the one thing that got on everyone's nerves with the old systems. My only other complaint is that there's only one controller included. I have this issue with all game systems. I'd gladly pay more for the system and get 2 controllers from the start.

Nintendo Classic
Glad to see it, I plan to buy one but have to say why not have include 2 controllers with the bundle and option to add wireless pro controllers. I remember getting sore fingers from these.
Also, read that it has a hard drive inside, why not have the option to download more games. It would be a win win situation for Nintendo and the consumer.
I'm sure they're trying to keep cost down but downloadable content would be worth it and even at the same price they would quickly make up the difference by selling down loadable content.

Ughhh!!! Peaople who complained about wired controller, less games, etc. they are the new generation people that doesn't know(some of them does) about this cute old games. I don't own one when I was 4 years old, but I only watched my big brother playing NES. Better than the HD games that made me sick looking at the graphics and stuff..
