Customer Ratings & Reviews

This is a cute, fun, nostalgic device, or even good for anyone who missed the NES/Famicon back in the day. It is held back by its extremely short controller cord, making an extension cord an almost mandatory purchase. Another option is to get a wireless controller, but that costs almost as much. Also, if you own a Nintendo Switch, many of these titles will be coming to the online service in September, making this hard to justify now.

This is a must have. I waited quit a long time to finally get and it was worth it. A great flash back to some great games in their day!!! My son is also enjoying them as well!!! The only thing is buy the extension cable for the controller. Its barley 2 ft long. We got a 10ft.

This honestly is my version of the fidget spinner! The NES mini is my stress reliever. Plus n play. No more blowing in game cartridges or banging the console ha! Only downside is the the short controller cable. I hate that you have to buy a darn extension for the controller.

Great device. Simple set up & ease of use. Just plug and play. Has all the games that made this console great!

Just amazing for the money and the simplicity of a timeless system, returns even better than ever!

Though the games included are a bit limited, I've had a blast using this little NES emulation system. The included controller works very well, but the cord is short, so using a wireless controller like the 8bitdo N30 2.4G works extremely well.

The system is exactly the way you would hope Nintendo to bring it back as. Everything is the same, except you can choose a different way to view the image on the screen. It has pixel perfect, and CR14 to view it in its original format with the lines. Only drawback is the cord for the controller; it is way to shirt. You also only get one controller and it's difficult right now to buy an extra one. Completely surprised at how many of the games I remembered!

Great game console. All the games preinstalled, you can’t go wrong for the price. It brings back many good memories. I find graphics the same as original Nintendo which is awesome. Now my grandsons are having a blast with it as we did back in the day. If you can, get one!

The size of the system is the first thing that got my attention, and the games included are a fantasic way to remember good childhood memories, the only 2 things that needed to be adressed is the size of the cable in the remote, and the fact that a 2nd controller is a must.

Once I was finally able to buy one of these, I've been having lots of fun playing many games I played as a kid. It's also a great way to introduce video games to younger kids because these games don't have the realistic hyper violence so many current games have. And you can't beat the price.

If you are looking for something to do with yiur fanily and friends, i do recommend that you purchase the Nintendo Classic from Best Buy. Its preloaded with all your favorite games unlike ones featured at Wal Mart and Amazon. We play it often and its sooo fun.

Cute and somewhat cheap miniature of an NES with the added functions of having some games preloaded on it. It's a fun thing to have to give as a present but nothing to write home about, either way for anyone that's a big Nintendo fan or classic video game fan this'll be right up their alley.

for me it all started with the NES, now my and my kids play the classics on this NES and picked up an SNES classic too. Love that Nintendo did this, easy plug and play, runs off USB (power it by your tv, that's what we do) Classic games are so much fun.

I've really enjoyed playing on this system. A few games I would've like to see on it, but you can't please everyone with that. I highly recommend getting the controller extension cords you can buy for about $10, the cord on the controller included is maybe a 2 foot long.

This product was great for the family and friends my kids loved this game and enjoy playing it.

The Nes Classic really brings back some good memories. I like a lot of the games and they were difficult then and are still difficult today. But it's all good because we can now save game states anywhere. My only dislike is the short controller cable and lack of first party controllers.

I purchased this product because of my love for those classic games I played as a child. I have enjoyed playing these old games with my children and they have also enjoyed play time on the machine. The only downside is the length of the remote cables. They are only a couple feet long, so it makes it tough to play on a large tv. I ordered some cable extenders online and now I can play the games while sitting on the couch.

Got this for the 8 & 5 year olds to see what life was like “back in the day”, plus it’s fun for me. Really you need the controller extender unless you are playing in a vehicle or on a relatively small TV, otherwise you’ll be pretty close to the screen. Enjoying it!

I bought the original NES system on my 6th birthday in 1985, and I can tell you right now this is nearly an identical representation of the original system! The games have never looked nor played better than they do with this update. Highly recomended, if you can find one that is! lol

My husband used to love playing Galaga and when we found out it was included on this console I had to get it for him for Christmas. He loves it! Although, had I known he was going to hook it up to the bedroom tv I probably wouldn’t have got it! He plays for hours!
