Purchased as a gift. Have purchased these in the past and have not had any redemption issues. Wish Nintendo offered deals on these cards.

It is what it is - a quick way to add funds to the switch. In retrospec, I'll likely use PP for most, except when I have GiftCards or other wise. If you want to give a gift, this works well.

I was trying to purchase gift cards for multiple people so it was terribly inconvenient that I could only order 1 Gift Card for online pickup.

I actually had an issue using a coin to scratch the code off. It actually scratched some of the numbers off and I had to call Nintendo to have it replaced. It was an easy process though.

I had to drive to the store to purchase this for my grandson since I could not get one online and have it delivered as a gift. That part was disappointing.

The card allows you to add credits to your Nintendo online account so you can purchase games from the Nintendo e-shop. There are taxes on the credit, as that is charged by Nintendo when you make a purchase on the e-shop. My only gripe is that one cannot use My Rewards certificates or cards to purchase a card. I seriously do not think there is a scammer network out there who would use Nintendo cards as a currency.

I can't understand why I have to go to the store to received the code instead of sending it by email. Nevertheless, the code work just fine.

This allows you to fund your Nintendo eShop wallet and purchase digital content. This is a great way to get digital games, especially when there are sales that you can't get in the stores.

$50 is a great starting point when looking for digital games

Easy for son to use. Physical cards better than scores for birthday card stuffers.

It is credit. I could have put my credit card in directly but buying this card means I am collecting best buy reward points in addition to the credit I am paying for.

Often use Nintendo cards for purchasing digital games. Makes a great present, get them a micro sd card to go with it though as space is limited on the internal storage.

I really enjoy the simple character designs on all the Nintendo cards. One star subtracted due to the difficulty of scratching off while still keeping the code remained.

Me personally think it’s better to buy these then it is to put your credit or debit card in the system, you never know what can happen if Nintendo were to get hacked

These cards are great for birthday presents but I would like to see the same character with different gift amounts. Luigi only had $10 cards and Mario had $20 cards.

It sure feels nice spending $50 extra just for DLC content for Smash Bros. I mean that money could be better spent on more important goods, like food or gas, but whatever.
