Many years ago I had an issue with Xbox live charging my card over and over again in one month. It was a glitch and I understand things happen but the real problem was when I reached out to them I got nothing but a run around from a call center located someone out of the US. I got no help and after many attempts, I had to call my bank to have them cancel the card. It was a very frustrating day and I vowed to never let that happen again. Ever since that point, I always buy my game cards via a gift card. The eShop allowed me to buy my games for the Nintendo Switch without needing to put a card on file with Nintendo. I know the issues I experienced before was with Microsoft but it's a lesson that can be applied to any console gaming system where you need real money to buy games.

$5 eShop card: Toad. $10 eShop card: Luigi. $20 eShop card: Mario. $50 eShop card: Bowser. ALL MEN. So they begrudgingly gave Peach, a woman, her own eShop card. What denomination do they give her? $35, a denomination that doesn't even exist in US currency!!!! "Oh hey Pat, I'm just gonna grab my $35 bill... oh wait, I don't have a $35 bill, because IT DOESN'T EXIST." Whether we like it or not, women exist and so should their currency exist on an amount of money that there is a equivalent dollar bill for. Let me guess, next you're going to put Daisy's face on a million dollar eShop card? Well guess what, a million dollar bill doesn't exist, not even in Monopoly! Not even in Nintendo Monopoly!

Product is as described: $10 credit to the Nintendo store. I was able to purchase this fully with a $10 Best Buy certificate in-store (it's not allowed to be done online). While scratching off the back with light pressure, some of the characters became obscured and altered. An online chat with Nintendo for about 10 minutes and I was able to get the full code entered into the eShop. So 5 stars to Best Buy for letting me use rewards on this, and 4 stars to Nintendo for using easy to confuse characters under a scratch-off but solid support.

These cards are like money and you can buy games from the Nintendo E shop on your switch. You can first buy a micro SD card and then download games from the Nintendo shop and have all your games right on your system without having to carry around games. The switch is great because you can simply download games on to your system. It is simply the best feature on the switch. You can at any time download games. Don’t overlook this feature. Soon you’ll have your games and they are all conveniently right on the system. No fiddling with games.

...this is the way to do it. A $50 eshop card will help fill your Nintendo eshop balance with enough funds to buy most indi-games on the switch as well as almost enough for all new triple A big titles! If you are not digital on the Switch, you probably have to carry a lot of accessories on a trip. do yourself a favor. if you love a game, use one of these cards to help you go digital. That way when you are on the go, you don't have to worry about losing games or if you brought the right ones with you.

If you know anyone who has a Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Wii U, or Nintendo 3DS system, then an eShop card is a good idea for a gift. It's something more thoughtful than a generic gift card, while still allowing them some choice in what game(s) they want to buy. $20 may not seem like much, but it is a decent amount. There are several games available for $10 or less on the Nintendo eShop, especially during sales, so this card could definitely get someone one game and probably even two or more depending on what they want to go for.

Great collectible card. $35.00 is about right for more than one of the indie game downloads. Use it for Nintendo Swiitch, 3DS, 2DS, or WiiU games in the eShop. Card code on the back is applied through the eshop account services and easy to apply. Money that is deposited from the card is used to buy games. Using these cards keeps you from needing a credit card. Moms and Dads should be happy about that. It also gives you control over spending limits. Any left over amount is saved for future purchases. Mario! Save me!

Not much to say or review regarding a $35 eShop card. It's exactly what it says; a card for $35 in digital currency for Nintendo's eShop. Took the card home, punched in the code, and *BOOM!*.... $35 bucks to spend on digital games. The best argument I can make for purchasing a card from Best Buy instead of directly from the eShop is you can earn Best Buy points from doing so. Not to mention the occasional sale... Cheers!
