Purchase for kids for Christmas. They will enjoy this.

I purchased this game card online and received it and it did not work. I don’t understand how Best Buy charged for each game card I bought for Christmas and not one of them worked. The sad part is that they were gifts and I looked like a total idiot. I had to replace each and every card! Never again will I buy gift cards from Best Buy again, that was an embarrassment and a hit to my pocket book!!!!

I've had this happen before at Gamestop and what happens is they look up to make sure the code wasn't working and then issue a new card to the customer. I spoke with a supervisor at Best Buy and mgmt but no dice. So now I lost 20 bucks. Thanks, BB. I no longer trust this company for gift cards.

My daughter scratched off the silver and qe couldn't read the code so i paid $35 and no way to redeem it on the switch. So I am out $35. Wish it the code was printed on the receipt as a back up.

Did not work and was non returnable ...talk about a waste of 100 bucks

Like most of his Mario Brothers games, he loves this one too. Another game to keep him happy and busy.

The code on the card comes off as easy as the scratch off material. Had to contact Nintendo to get it resolved .

Card did not work. Tried multiple times and kept getting an error stating invalid code. Had to reach out to Nintendo customer services

The card would not work and when we called the number on the back of the card, we were told the card had never been activated. I took it back to the store where I picked it up and was told I would have to wait - corporate would have to research and get back with me. No other comments, no timeline - Nothing. Now I'll have to buy another gift. DONE WITH THIS. NOT HAPPY.

Needed to make purchase in eshop. Wish Nintendo would allow straight purchase without need for this.

For religious reasons. But I needed those Octobeats, so I bought this to give myself the illusion.

This review is for the packaging and not the item. The card came sealed in cardboard and it was impossible to tell where the card was. Might be done to prevent theft. I started cutting away and of course I cut of a corner of the card. Please change the packaging fir shipment!

If you scratch the back hard the numbers are unreadable.

Bought this because I thought it would save time and I’d get the code faster. Scratched the code with a nickel and took half the code off with it! Thankfully, Nintendo support was there to back me up. But I wasted several hours on this. Buy the digital code instead. These aren’t well made and a waste of time.

Bought this as a gift. Now the owner can download any game that fits his taste.

The "scratch-off" material can cause problems. It cost me two more visits to get my money.

Bought this for my son, scratched off the little grey box on the back with a quarter and the paper/security number scratched off also. Had to contact Nintendo and wait 3 days for email to verify my purchase on the gift card. It all worked out in the end and my son got his $35 but won’t be buying the cards anymore.

Hi I’m going to have to return this item my son can not see the numbers on this gift card it was far to blurry and he didn’t get to use it. I have to return it pretty soon but Where in quarantine at the Moment. He was very disappointed that he couldn’t even use it.
