Definerly a $5 gift card, if you want $5 in eshop credit, this is the way to go

If you can get these on sale it's cheaper than paying straight out of your account, definitely reccomend in those cases. Otherwise, it's really no different so not much of a point.

Every other card nintendo sells is a round number except this one. Just an observation and not a deal breaker. Only thing I could point out about an e- card. You know exactly what you're getting with it.

Buying eShop cards through Best Buy with the Best Buy credit card you can get 5% cash back and earn points toward the reward certificates. So if you are going to buy digital Nintendo titles anyway that is a good way to do it.
