With the best buy app on my phone, I was able to get a digital download of the funds I needed. This is the fastest and easiest way to put funds into your eShop account if you don’t want to have a credit card on file with Nintendo. Let’s say it’s 10 pm, you just found a game on sale in the eshop, but the sale ends in four hours and you don’t have enough money in your account to buy it. Just go into the Best Buy app. and order whatever amount of eshop funds you need from $10, $20, etc. Within one hour you will receive a code in your email that you enter in the eshop “enter codes” section. It’s never failed for me!

This was an excellent gift to someone who does not live in the same state as me. I appreciate the ease of buying it as well.
