I’d go with a brand new one.

I thought I was just getting a deal not realizing I was purchasing a refurbished model. Once I realized it, I exchanged it for a brand new switch lite. Not that I think there’s nothing wrong with going with an open-box/refurbished, I’d just rather spend the extra $20 to get one new.
