I didn't know that this version would ever be made available again. Really cool variation. I wish these special variations had the game built into the system. Still love it.

This purchase didn't go well, I purchased multiple refurbished items from Best Buy never had any complaints. But this wouldn't turn on so had to return it, got the money back so no regrets.

I bought this for my granddaughter but she really wanted the switch. So recently she got tge switch and i now use this for my games. Wheel of fortune .

Consoles buttons were sticky and the right stick was messed up. I wouldn’t recommend getting a refurbished one from them.

I never receive the product, very bad experience with the delivery service

An absolute devastation for Christmas Day. I spent the entire day trying to set this up and it was corrupted. It was embarrassing and frustrating. On top of having to buy a brand new one the next day they offered nothing for the inconvenience and the fact that the certified refurbished was not fixed/worth it. I will probably never buy refurbished with Best Buy ever again.

I wanted something to take with my while I am traveling for work during this pandemic. SO many games to choose from and the escape and relaxation from Animal Crossing is the best. This was a refurb, but you would never know!

Got one for my girlfriend and she leaves me alone and isn't as needy it's a great gift for needy girls who you need to get away from sometimes.

The display suddenly shuts down, has happened 2 times within 2 months, do not buy refurbished as the guarantee lasts 90 days and Nintendo will not honor it. I regret buying refurbished.

I bought this product a few weeks ago and honestly, I didn't even open it, because the way it was packaged was really bad. The Nintendo box looked kinda harmed and it only came in a paper bag and nothing else, no bubble plastic or any other extra protection. So I decided to not take the adventure to see if it was damaged or not and I just returned it.

This is great item. Not a single thing wrong with it. Our grand daughter loves it.

It was working for few day and now the joystick not working ... buying new one this time.

USB-C port will no longer work and charge the battery so it is now useless after 4 months. unfortunaltye it only has a 30 day warranty. I would buy new so you are protected against this and not buy the refurb.
