I like using this grip when I'm playing on the TV. It's very comfortable to hold. I was using my PS4 the other day and was surprised when I compared this grip to the PS4 remote and liked this one better. (AND I can charge the joycon with it. PLUS!)

If you find yourself in long Breath of the Wild sessions like I do, then the charging grips are a great accessory. They feel as good as the regular grips do, and charge just as fast as being attached to the Switch. Highly recommended!

I had used one of these at home in the past, but with having several guests over at a time found it necessary to purchase another. Nintendo should just bundle these with joy cons as they make such an awesome addition.

Having the ability to charge the controllers while using the Joy-Con grip is a great. The only issue is that you have to be close to the TV. I may look into getting a longer cable so we can sit back on the couch farther away from the TV.

I like the joy con charging grip better than the grip that comes with the switch, for obvious reasons, but it definitely comes in handy if you need to hook it up while playing so it’s definitely worth buying!

We also have the regular Joy-Con grip, and it is so much easier to be able to plug the grip in rather than pulling the controllers out to charge them. Thinking about getting a second one.

My son wanted this to go along with the Joy Cons. He hasn't had any trouble using it and honestly... He holds the controllers a lot better. He's 5. My wife on the other hand doesn't like it too much, she just enjoys the Joy Cons alone.

This grip is great! You can charge it up and it powers the controllers as they lose battery power. You can also charge it and play at the same time so you don't have to quit playing! A great purchase!

If you ever played on the Nintendo Switch then you know how much easier it is with the handle... even better is if you forget to charge them or they start running low this will charge them up so you can keep playing!!

This is almost exactly like the grip that came with the Nintendo Switch system, but with one large difference: you can plug in a cable to charge the Joycons. It does exactly what it's supposed to do, but this should be the standard grip.

This item is a perfect addition to my Nintendo switch. I bought an extra set of Joycons and love that I can charge when when using this unit. It uses a USB C charger and you can charge them while playing. I am very happy with the product.

This allows you to charge your controllers while using them. Similar to the plugnplay for xbox. This is different than the one that comes with the switch. This is a must have.

i had to buy this because apparently even though you pay and arm and a leg for these game systems they do not come with a separate charger for the remote control. this works perfect so if you bought a system you need this too.:(

this is a must have if you own 2 sets of joy cons, (as we do) the family can play together or 1 on 1, as they charge you can play and you can charge the others on the switch. I like this purchase.

I purchased this charging grip so that I could hold the joy-cons like a regular shaped controller. It works great and it can also charge the joy-cons when not in use. I got used to the shape of the controller immediately and still love it.

This add on is very useful indeed. It essentially does exactly what the grip does that comes with the Switch, but it can charge the Joy-Cons as well. While I prefer the Pro-controller, my fiance prefers to use the Joy-Con's and this grip.

I bought this for the kids and it is well worth it. It keeps the controller charged and is better then some of the other ones. Its size is perfect for small hands / young kids.

This will give you a way to charge your joycons without having to connect them to the console, however, it does feel a little cheap and hallow. Despite that, it does function as described. It would be nice if Nintendo would sell a grip with a built-in batter to keep the joycons charged for an extended period of time, but this will have to do for now.
