Excellent price and good quality, I would recommend this product

This charging grip works as advertised...its just like the grip from the Switch console when you first get it, except this one has a battery inside to help charge the joycons. I wouldn't recommend it unless you really enjoy the joycon grip because the switch procontroller does the same thing but feels better. This is definitely the price conscious option.

It is excellent at what it does, but what it does is not very necessary, I put the 5 stars because it does exactly what you think it does. but that is it. THEY DO NOT HAVE A BATTERY. it is just to charge your headphones.

Controller works amazing, wish the system came with this. Having it be able to keep the Joy Cons charged is a huge benefit that you don’t think you need. Plus it’s a Smokey clear color which is really really cool!

The grip is comfortable (feels like what is included with Switch but with a bit more heft) and it extends the battery life of the Joy Cons considerably. I notoriously forget to charge my controllers but with this, it no longer matters.

I bought this to be able to charge my joycons when they were not attached to my Switch. It works as expected for that task. It was nice that it came with a cable that allows the Charging Grip to be plugged into an iPod/iPad AC adapter.

I was really just shopping for a USB-C cable that wouldn't kill my Switch. Cables alone are $20, even if you buy the generic one from best buy. For this price, I get the official cable and an extra grip. I don't really see a need to charge the joycon in this (unless I get another set), but it is nice to have a second grip in addition to the cable.

If you have a second joy-con set, you will likely want a way to keep them charged without having the swap the joy-cons on the console itself. This allows me to keep my second pair in the grip, which I pick up and use when I get home. I haven't had them die on me yet, I just plug in this grip every couple of days to a wall outlet I have elsewhere.

I love the Nintendo Joy Con charging grip. It does exactly what it is supposed to do, sturdy as can be, and charges your remote when not in use. I find all Nintendo product to be of great quality.

Definitely useful and light. It should cost a bit less but I know that's not on Best buy. I use my pro controller to play most games but when you play multiplayer with friends there can be a lot of complaining since they don't have a full controller. I have 2 of these now just in case.

I thought this had a battery pack in it that would recharge the joy-cons while playing. It does NOT have any battery. It only works when it’s directly plugged into the power cord, so basically it’s an overpriced piece of plastic.

I love this product.. it's nice to have when you don't want to leave your controllers docked on the tablet (they stick out of the dock). It's also very comfortable as a controller and nice to be able to charge them separately.

The larger controllers are definitely worth the investment! They do not slip as easily and you can control your game play actions much better. The small controllers are for travel only....last resort.

$30 seems like a lot but the functionality of it makes it worth it. We have two pair of joycons and the only way to charge the pair that is not attached to the switch is through this, making it worth it!

You put the joycons in to hold them. It is not complicated

I like the direction Nintendo has gone in with the switch controllers. This one is nice because you can plug it in to charger the controllers which you can’t do with the one that comes with the console.
