This thing is very useful when playing for too long on a system and you need to charge the joycon and for getting a regular controller experience

I purchased because I wanted an official grip. The charging aspect is good but the controllers last for 20 hours so charging is hardly an issue.

I am able to play while charging, not to mention, I can charge an extra controller at the same time while my Switch charges itself and another.

This accessory fixes the issue of your controller loosing a charge, especially when you really want to play. Play and charge. Good combination.

These are great quality controllers for the Nintendo switch handhelds. We like to play multiplayer Mario Kart and we didn’t like using the tiny controllers. My husband and I are old school and like a controller that fills your hand. Smallest I can use is the Super Nintendo controller. This switch holder did the trick. Very comfortable to hold and provides easier use of multiple buttons.

God for the price but would just buy the cheaper option. Returned it to get the $10 one that doesn’t charge. Don’t need to charge my joy cons as much as I don’t play as much.

I prefer this grip over the one that comes with the video game console, since it charges the joy cons while you're using them.

Keeps controllers charged for a back up....would recommend as a back up to game console charging

A must have for someone who regularly uses the joy con controllers. Its much more convenient to do all your charging in one place instead of having to run back and forth to connect them to the console everytime you need to charge.
