Finally something to charge the joycon without having to put them back on the switch

I bought these to play games with friends but due to covid-19 I guess I'll just play by myself. Key note: they don't charge wirelessly but they do have a usb-c port at the top to charge your joy-cons.

Useful for charging the controllers while playing at the same time

Bad money grab by Nintendo. This should be standard option.

This is what should have been packed with the system. Charge while you play.

This is better than having the basic grip that comes with the switch. Our switch is always in the docking station and having to slide the controllers in and out of the switch is annoying, this makes it much better.

It is a great addition to the system. Although the switch comes with one this one allows you to charge your remotes vs the stock one that you would have to remove them and put them on the console to charge

So much more convenient to have this charge grip than to attach the joycons to the switch while it's on the dock. I wish the grip that came with the switch included this and it wasn't an add on cost.

If you own the Switch get this. Combines the two joy cons into one controller. For me a much better feel and a lot more comfortable when playing. So good it should be included with the Switch. Unfortunately it's not so go pick it up.

This is a must have if you like using the joy-con controllers as an "actually" controller. This is preferred over the standard one that comes with the switch as you get to charge your joy-con con while playing games or just for charging.

this is a great addition to the switch ecosystem. It would of been great if these were already included with the purchase of the switch but it's only around $20. It is definitely worth the buy, especially now that smash bros. is out.

If you want to charge the Joy-Cons and play this is a must buy!

Nintendo should've included this with the whole system as it makes sense to be able to charge 2 sets of controllers since that is what most are going to do. It also doubles as a controller when the joy cons are slotted, which in my mind is a great value.

No complaints. Works as advertised and should be considered a necessity.

This should be the one to come with the system. I can't understand why Nintendo includes one, but the unit doesn't charge the joycons... seems strange, why not only make this model?

Works really well. We find the switch little controllers(joycons) die kinda quickly so this was a nice way to extend them longer. Good quality, matches that of the OEM stuff from nintendo

Save up and use the difference for a pro controller. This is an overpriced piece of plastic. If you have extra joy cons and want to convert them into a full controler, this thing is fine, but you already know that because you have the one that comes in the box. This one charges the joy cons via usb.
