Its good to have this for the switch if your playin it as a console to keep your joy cons charged. Should get these if you dont buy a controler bc it doesnt come with the switch

Purchased the green controllers to go in this. I definitely recommend the controller. I like using it to play games rather than just using the joysticks.

Really liked that the Joy-Con was a charger too. You dont have to remove the controllers to charge then put them back on. Light weight and great additon.

This is exactly like the grip that comes with the system except it allows you to charge the joycons while on the grip. It's ridiculous that this is not the one that comes with the Switch though.

This one has an led indicator when it’s charging which is super useful! This one is very comfortable in the hands it doesn’t slip it’s very very nice!

This is a great plug and play option for the joy cons. You can use a usb cord for charging or hook it up to the switch to charge it from the dock. It’s very versatile

This would have been perfect if it was bundled with the switch instead of the non-charging joy-con grip. Recommended if you have a spare AC adapter and you use two sets of joy-cons frequently. Joy-con charge lasts a long time though.

Tired of only having one main controller. This is just like the one that came with the switch system but it has a plug in port so you can charge the whole controller.

Before I had the charging grip I used to get annoyed when I would be low on battery and then have to sit really close to the tv. This made things so much better

Its a great little joy con charger......just thought it would charge it without connecting it.....i thought it had a battery on it. Still graet though.

Perfect for my extra set of joy-cons. I like that it has a USB-C charging port on the top, the grip that comes with the Switch does not have that.

I'm so glad that these can charge the second set of controllers. I wish the packaged one could as well but alas these would not be necessary if so. Kind of a money grab, hence the 3 stars. Does come with USB A to C cable though.

This is NOT a chargeable battery. Just to clarify. It's a gaming grip (which makes many games easier with these smaller joy-con controllers when they're used together). But you can leave the controllers on this grip and plug in to charge. It is a USB-C port.

One of the best products from Nintendo yet. I'm really pleased that I bought this item when I purchased my new gaming system. I still think Nintendo makes the best gaming systerms

Almost a necessary item if you want to have a non stop fun. The price is right and its worth having this joycon charging piece.

This is a good addition. Charges the controllers while you can keep playing. Well built, just like all the Nintendo brand products.

Nice quality... but it would be nice if the original switch kit came with two controllers and you didn’t have to spend over $100 to get a second one.

If you have group games you’ll want to pick up this accessory as an addition to your switch console. It makes it easier for others to play certain games.

This is a nice way to charge the Switch Joy Con controllers, I just wish that it had its own battery pack to allow playing on the system without wires while charging of the Joy Con controllers goes on. Instead, you are tethered by a USB-C cord, but at least it is pretty long.
