Almost a necessary item if you want to have a non stop fun. The price is right and its worth having this joycon charging piece.

These are good for on the go charging and to keep you going for hours when docked. We returned them for the much cheaper option without the battery because we rarely run out of juice while playing.

I was surprised to see the grip that comes with the console did not have the charging port built in. Love being able to keep my second set of controllers charged at all times

Ergonomic controller for the Switch which allows simultaneous charging. Would recommend getting longer charging cable since the one that comes with it is too short.

It's a bit of a shame that this costs so much, since it doesn't even have an internal battery, but it does work exactly as advertised and is comfortable the whole time.

I bought this because I don't normally travel with my system so using this was a no-brainer. It is comfortable using and when done I just plug it in for the next time.

I knew I would need this. I have 2 sets of joy cons and it's nice to be able to have one set charging on the handheld and the other charging on this. No downtime.

I consider this to be an essential for the Switch. If you have the awesome Pro controller maybe not. However, this is the next beat thing.

If you're unable to get the Nintendo Switch Pro Controller, this does the job. I wouldn't say it is as comfortable as the Pro Controller, but gives you a good controller feeling as opposed to having 2 separate JoyCons in your hands when you're used to a controller.

Really like the fact that you can use this to relate more to a normal console controller or just play with joysticks. It is nice to have the option available though.

If you want to use your switch with your television, it's necessary to buy these so you can plug your joy cons into a charging port.

I got this as a gift for my son because he prefers to use the joycons docked instead of in separate hands. Works great with the charger I bought.
