Better than the original?

Faulty locking mechanism

Best Buy was great in letting us exchange it twice. And let us open the box on the last exchange to make sure the locking mechanism worked properly.

Drifting right out of the package

The buttons wouldn’t register half the time and the stick was ALREADY drifting after me owning them for 5 minutes. I thought maybe the pair I got was buggy so I exchanged them and the second pair was the exact same way and now I am just returning it. I don’t know why it’s so hard for Nintendo to make good joy cons without drift.

Sold the wrong item by salesperson.

This was recommended so I bought it. The problem is, THIS IS FOR THE ORIGINAL SWITCH!! WHEN I TRIED TO RETURN IT I WAS TOLD MY 30 RETURN WINDOW HAD PASSED. I spoke with the manager and he said he had no choice.

Ask to look at the controllers before you buy

The function is the same but the color is what matters. The color came out as more of a neon color instead of the wario type color scheme.
