If you get the NES Classic, an extra controller is a must for 2 player games, and this is the one you need. No issues whatsoever with mine

Works great. Same look and feel of the original controller from the 80's. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the cord is very short and you need an additional cord to extend it or play right in front of the tv.

This is a great controller. I purchased this along with the nes classic edition. It works great. No one should have any problems with this.

The NES classic only comes with 1 controller, if you want to play 2 players, you need this. It's the only official controller available.

Amazing value on this item. The only negative is that the length of the cable is way too short which was a poor design from Nintendo. Luckily, Best Buy sells Insignia cable extenders which work phenomenally.

Identical to the one that comes with the NES Classic. They really should have included two. Still, works great.

I was so bummed I missed the last abbreviated release of the NES Classic. SO stoked to have had this second chance to buy. Comes with 30+ games and none of them are bad "filler" games you won't ever play (in my opinion). The only thing I don't like is how short the controller cables are - you can either get bluetooth controllers, or you can simply get an HDMI extension so you can have the game system closer to you. I also think they should just throw in a second controller, but it must be purchased separately.

If your bought an NES classic a second controller is a must to play those classic two player games. And for $10... It's a easy purchase.

Same controller from the original game system but extremely short length. If that is something you think will bother you then you should buy a wireless one or an extension. Other then that it works great.

The Controller plays and feels like the original NES controller in every way. The only con is the length of the cable on the controller is too short.

We needed controllers to enable multiplayer action. This worked well until we decided to go wireless

The console comes with only 1 controller so had to get another one. Exactly same as one it comes with console. Having so much fun.

Any one who used to play the old Nintendo games will absolutely love this product. It bring backs great memories. Lots of fun!

The NES Classic controller is a must have accessory for the nostalgic mini gaming system! The only drawback is a short cord, but that doesn't lessen the fun of playing the classic games! Recommended!

You need a second controller if you want to share this great system. This one works perfectly.

I wish a second controller was already included, and I didn't have to buy it separately. Also, the cables could be longer (cable extenders are a must) since it places you too close to the screen/console.
