I refused to pay over retail for this controller when it came out last year. After a year of waiting I finally found it. This is the controller you want. All the 3rd party controller pale in comparison. controller are spot on.

Although the cord length is a little short, it reminded me of the need to sit close to the TV in order to game. Sitting on the floor with no support on an old CRT TV. Oh the joys of growing up in the late 80s and early 90s!

Love the classic feel, but like many others that commented before me. The cord is just too short. Need to buy an extension cord to be able to comfortably play the NES Classic. Nintendo should have made it with longer cord.

Pretty crazy how this is exactly the same look and feel of an original NES controller. If you need an extra one, always go with the official product! Third party controllers are gonna break on you, but this one lasts.

What’s there to say, it’s the NES Controller for the NES Classic. Since it’s Nintendo hardware it works perfectly and is a high quality build. The only issue is that the cord is VERY short. Other than that, no complaints.

Took awhile but now we can do 2 player action on the NES classic. With these controllers finally available we can enjoy playing with others as we did it back in the old school days. A MUST have for any NES Classic owner.

The controller is great and I have had no issues with any of the bottoms. My biggest complaint is that you need to buy the extender. Rather than make you buy the $10 controller and the $10 extension cord, they should have just made the controller longer and sold it for $20

The NES Controller may not have an ample length for today's gamer, but for $10, it makes for a handy addition for the NES Classic Edition. Just add an extender cable, and you will be satisfied with the controller.

Love the classic nes controller. My only advice is pick up the extension for it.... the cord is no longer than your arm. So be ready to play up close unless you get the extension. Still 5 stars. Love the classic. 100%

Needed a second remote in order to enjoy my Nintendo NES with a second player. I think it is a necessary addition to the NES. Great controller and makes it enjoyable to play against a competitor or team player.

Controller in general works great. Cord length is short so you have to buy extenders. And I think they could have just provided the second controller instead of making you purchase it separate from the game system.

There is not much that can be said other than it serves its purpose very well. Purchased this to go along with the purchase of the NES Classic. Seems to be of high quality, and I am very happy with my purchase.

Glad I was able to get a hold of one. Quality is good. No issues so far. The cord is super small so be prepared to buy the extension or sit really close like you use to growing up.

Very good purchase. You will definitely need to buy another remote if you picked up the classic Nintendo system. Only 1 remote and the cable is about 3 feet long.

I have had a blast with the NES classic. The cords are really short, but the games are a ton of fun. The cord length was made to match the supply of the single-boxed controllers produced by Nintendo.

Great remake of a classic video game console from my childhood. I have played emulator's over the years, however there is nothing like having the original controller in your hand playing Mario Brothers 3.

Its funny to be paying real 2018 money for a NES controller but here we are! A must buy if you plan on purchasing the NES classic edition console and want to play any of the 2 player games. As has been commented elsewhere, the cord is quite short.

Nintendo - Controller for NES Classic Edition is another must have. Exact replica of the controller included with the NES Classic Edition. Makes for fun competitive gaming when playing 2 player games.

I made sure to get myself a second controller so I could play the 2-player games on the NES classic. I recommend getting one just in case if you own the NES classic.

I am so happy that I grabbed this extra controller. I figured no big deal if I only played a few one player games, but it has been awesome to relive Dr. Mario wars with my other 30 something friends!
