Many appreciate its compact size and compatibility with both Pokémon GO and Pokémon Sleep. However, some users find the device's vibration and occasional connectivity issues bothersome, while others consider the price point to be relatively high.

Okay
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Struggles to auto spin pokestops, Really only useful for areas loaded with pokestops and pokemon. Pretty much useless in rural areas. Vibration is very intense

Eh
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The only thing I dislike about this is the rumble. It’s so loud and vicious for some reason. Really should’ve given the option to turn it off. But it’s decent. One thing I also hate is that you NEED regular pokeballs for the auto catcher. No idea why it won’t let you use great or ultra balls with the auto catcher. If you press the button in the middle when a pokemon is in range, then you can use any ball you have it set up to. Auto catcher will only use regular pokeballs and it’s very frustrating

Not Best Buy's Fault
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Does alright considering its from Niantic. Catching is slow but works, lights are way too bright. Its like a rave when it lights up. But best buy did great fillling the preorder!

Not worth it
||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Not very useful. Most likely, you can already get a good sleep tracker for less. Also, if it's a mobile game or app you want to use, it's still limited in overall function. I guess the only other use for it is PkmGO, if you are still deep into it. And lastly, it's Pokémon merchandise; if you can get one and hold on to it for years, it will be worth something. 2 stars for looking good and having good build quality.

Its Mid
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. You cannot turn off the sound when turning it off or vibration. Spend the 50 bucks in pokemon go. This product is worth 30-40 bucks.

Good but sound stopped working
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Only reason for a 3 star is the pikachu sound when it turns on has stopped working the same week of purchasing

Bulky
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's bulky. If they wanted it to be on your bed while you sleep, they should have made it small soft.

Not good enough for the money
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It will only auto-throw and catch using a poke ball, you have to press the button to catch if you use a great ball or ultra ball. The auto-catch seems slow to detect Pokemon. Not worth the money just for an auto spin, poke stop, and auto catch using Pokeball only. The silence mode will still give you vibration non stop with led which is so annoy.

BestBuy using UPS is a mistake.
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Don't understand why BestBuy keeps using UPS. Everytime it's shipped by UPS it's delayed or lost. We'll see if this eventually gets to me, but the last order I had from BestBuy that was shipped by UPS was stuck in limbo for weeks during the holidays and then finally after starting an investigation through Paypal (thank god someone was actually willing to help, and it wasn't BestBuy), I *finally* got a refund. Absolutely insane behavior to still be using UPS if they can't even reliably deliver something in a reasonable timeline.

Overrated
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Was decent but is inconsistent. Constantly does not recognize pokemon. When u try catching pokemon yourself it won’t recognize stops nor pokemon while u catch. Disconnects often. The catch rate seems lower than 50%.

Not as good as any of the unofficial poke bands
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very erratic and unreliable sadly. Often it won’t go into sleep mode on a night . The vibrate is really strong and there is no way to disable it, Functionally it’s lacking and very restricted.
