Its only been one day and honestly the amount of problems for something that should have been simple is crazy. Pros: - Very easy to pair the device - Connects to pokemon go easily - you do not need to press the device to connect it - Auto catches & auto spins & faster than pokeball plus (when it actually works) - Slimmer & Portable (if coming from pokeball plus) - Longer battery life - Comes with a field research - Using the sleep function you get stardust & hearts for your buddy for just sleeping - you probably get other stuff too but that is what I just got so far. Cons: - Expensive $60 is crazy - $40 is a fair price - Included Strap & clip honestly sucks (especially the clip & not a fan of the color) the clip uses weak magnets so not much of a use to it. It takes no effort for it to come off and now you have your device back to swinging from the strap - The colors when it starts lighting up is too bright (probably drains the battery faster too) - Vibration is crazy insane on this device. DO NOT leave it connected. unattended, and left on a table. IT will fall off. - Lack of instructions on how to use the device with only 2 buttons, but there's different combinations that isnt really clear. - Auto catching & auto spinning does not consistently work - Multiple times the device does not register that there is a pokemon or a pokestop in range... For some reason even when the device register that a pokestop is in range a blue light will blink and you will have to press the main button to spin the pokestop. THE PROBLEM is I have the device set to AUTO SPIN so why do I have to press the button? Something happened within the first 4 hours of using it... If anyone has an explanation please lmk because it was not doing this when I took it out the box and used it the first time. I have the settings set to auto spin... I know I have the right settings on because the device does auto spin occasionally (VERY rare) - Pokemon sleep is not out yet which I didnt know and is not a huge problem, but its still a 'what? why?' moment (said to release late July) If the auto catching & auto spin worked easily a 4/5 star, until then 2/5 stars. Would recommend just because it will probably be sold out eventually

If you are a serious Pokémon go player you need an auto catcher. This auto catcher is really easy to use and sync up. It spins stops and locks onto wild Pokémon at a surprisingly fast rate. The battery on this thing is nothing to laugh at it will normally last me a few days depending on how much I play. It has never died on me while in use. It’s really nice to be able to grind while not looking at your phone, I just turn this thing on while I walk my dog and it does all the work I can really enjoy my walk without staring at my phone. You can rack up tons of stardust with this thing if you use a starpiece during one of the bonus stardust events. Some of the things that I don’t like about this product is that it vibrates every time it interacts with anything in the game, it would be nice to turn that off. The center button is also kind of delicate I cracked mine. Make sure to get this item insured so you can trade it in if it breaks. But other than that I really like this product I would recommend to anyone who seriously plays.

I CAN NOT LIVE WITHOUT MY POKÉBALL

    Posted .

At first, I was really concerned about the price but after watching multiple videos on YT I decided to risk it for the pokébiscuit and give it a GO. Set up took about 15min. and what they don’t tell you is Sleep and Go CAN NOT be open at the same time. NOT EVEN OPEN IN THE BACKGROUND. So after a couple days of that nonsense I was about to return it because the bright disco lights and high vibration was driving me nuts everything changed. What I love most is even when I’m driving it can catch Pokémon and spin Pokéstops. Now this auto catches with ONLY the regular red pokéballs. When u run out of the regs u must disable the auto catch in order to use the great or ultra balls. For pokèmon sleep u must have the device on the bed with you or it will not read any sleep and will adjust your sleep time. Literally I slept for almost 7 hours but because it was on my night stand it registered my sleep time for 2.5 hours. With all that said and done I really love this product. I can still play on my phone when I’m registering sleep (as long as I’m not using the Go or Sleep apps) and I love that the auto catcher spins and catches pokémon. In one say i caught 14 shiny woopers!! This is my honest opinion and if you made it to the end, I hope this helps you decide whether or not you want to purchase!!

Best for Any Older Pokémon Trainer

I recently purchased the Pokémon Plus+ from Best Buy, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase! This device has made catching Pokémon on Pokémon Go easier than ever before. It syncs seamlessly with the game, allowing me to catch Pokémon with just a click of a button. The Pokémon Plus+ also works great for Pokémon Sleep, providing a fun and interactive way to track my sleep patterns. I primarily use this device for Pokémon Go, and it has been a game-changer. I no longer have to constantly stare at my phone screen while walking around, as the Pokémon Plus+ notifies me of nearby Pokémon and PokéStops. It's so convenient and adds a new level of enjoyment to the game. If you're a Pokémon Go enthusiast like me, I highly recommend getting the Pokémon Plus+ from Best Buy. With its ease of use and fantastic compatibility with the game, it's a must-have for any Pokémon trainer. Good luck on your Pokémon-catching journey, and remember: Gotta catch 'em all! Best of luck!

I've had both the other pieces of hardware designed for Pokemon Go. While they both had good and bad, this one has a lot of features I'm really enjoying. I didn't care for the wrist strap it came with, but since buying a cover/case is pretty mandatory these days, I found a hard case and a wrist strap with no problem. On top of the GO stuff, it also ties into the new Pokemon Sleep app so you can sleep with this in the bed instead of your phone. I have no idea how accurate it is, but it's fun to take a look at your sleep times and graphs - plus if you keep it up for a week, you get a special Snorlax in Go! All around, I like this piece better than the ball. It's easier to carry around and press the button when you are Go hunting. I think it was worth every penny.

There were issues at first, I won’t lie. Had nothing to do with the item itself though. Now that the kinks have been fixed, this thing is a serious help. I’m not allowed to be on my phone at work, so having this around helps with events for Pokémon go and the like. And if I’m using poke balls, I don’t have to touch the buttons! Pros: -Catches/spins stops on its own (no button touching for poke balls only) -sleek design to fit in pockets -tracks my sleep for Pokémon SLEEP -has a cute lil pikachu in there (can be muted). -better battery life than previous versions. Cons: -vibration is very loud/hard -lights are extremely bright -cannot mute vibration/lights -shuts off after an hour like older designs I personally love it and am glad I purchased it.

I use this device with the Pokemon Sleep app and it makes tracking sleep much easier and efficient than keeping your phone on all night. (I cannot comment on its compatibility with Pokemon Go.) It's very cute and I have not charged it for 2 weeks straight now (still going). Any Pokemon fan would love this. The only drawback is I think it is overpriced. Even with the quality of the build, I think it should closer to $25-$35 range given the simplicity of its operation.

The good: Connects easily. Keeps track of sleep patterns well, quickly catches pokemon within range as well as spinning poke stops. Nice size to fit in pockets or bag. The bad: The button is easy to press which will mess up the sleep tracking. As well you cannot turn off the pikachu singing lullabys. Which if you press the button for too long in your pocket or bag it will sing a lullaby

Long time PoGo player, exactly what I wanted

I've had the original Pokemon Go Plus since it released and I will say, this new accessory has definitely been an improvement already! It also comes with a nice wrist strap to make it more convenient to carry around. Pokemon Go: The biggest plus is I can activate a session (I think it will stay on for an hour-ish?) and it will catch for me if I'm running errands, even while driving which my first Go Plus never wanted to do. Today I drove for a quick errand, came back home, and had about 20 catches - one being a shiny Ponyta! You can't turn off the lights/vibration while in Pokemon Go, but it doesn't really bother me - I just sit it on something that isn't going to create a rattling noise and it isn't noticeably noisy. Pokemon Sleep: You can turn on silent mode for Pokemon Sleep, and using this accessory is much better than keeping your phone right next to your pillow all night. While the pikachu sound effects are cute, I muted them ASAP. Overall: I was looking for a better accessory than my original and I got exactly that (plus extra bonuses in both Sleep and Go.) I wish it was a bit cheaper, but I've been playing this game so long (and now excitedly playing Sleep) that I'm sure I will get my money's worth out of this accessory too.

This product has revolutionized how I play Pokémon Go. It will auto catch and auto spin stops for you. The battery life is much better than its previous iteration and USB-C rechargeable. The only downside I could see is you are unable to turn off the lights and vibration, which could get annoying at times.

I picked up this device to see if it could make Pokemon Go easier to play. I first used it during a Community Day, where I was trying to catch a lot of Pokemon and shinies in a populated place. I can't believe how much more quickly I could catch Pokemon while using it! My Go Plus+ was doing all of the catching for me, while I was free to spin Pokestops. I could even catch Pokemon around me while raiding, which was an impossible feat before. Once you have the device set up it's very easy to use. Unlike third-party capture devices I've used, this one connects easily to my phone. The different buzzes and color flashes are easy to distinguish, so I know when I should wait for a Pokestop to be spun and when I should press the button to try and catch something. It can be tricky at first to distinguish the various failure states, but I managed to figure them out without too much trouble. My biggest complaint is that it has a tendency to disconnect itself sometimes, and then I have to go through a brief process of reconnecting it. This isn't a huge bother, though. If you're a big fan of Pokemon Go and do a lot of catching, I definitely recommend this!

The Pokémon go plus plus has been a decent product since I bought it on release. So far it's been a better experience than previous iterations of auto catchers that have been released in my opinion. Unfortunately as of the time it writing this, updates from Pokémon go and sleep has made the product work less than expected. When it originally released the auto catcher was fast at identifying Pokémon and pokestops. I didn't have to reconnect the device at all and I could walk and it would catch/Spin everything on screen in seconds. Now after a few updates the auto catcher is very slow often missing Pokémon or stops during travel. It also often disconnects or refuses to connect to my phone even though I was connected to it only moments ago. For Pokémon sleep the device didn't work when the app originally came out for me until the first version update and even then it was inconsistent with it's sleep analysis. Too often it flags my sleep as time it cannot add to Pokémon sleep even though I was sleeping with the product on and fully charged. It has gotten better after sleep has updated a bit since release, but this caused me to use it less than I would like. Since the app involves getting the data from pokemon go plus plus to be able to track sleep, it not working made me not want to use it often. I would recommend anyone looking to purchase the product to maybe wait a few updates for Niantic to iron out the updates to fix current issues with the device. It can definitely get better if they work at fixing the bugs that have been introduced with this iteration of updates. For those wanting to use it for the auto great ball and ultra ball feature, you might be a little disappointed like I was. I thought it was adding the functionality of auto catching with the other ball types. Instead it uses it when you enable the feature and press the button on the device. It forces you to always keep the device on hand to push the button. Although it's a satisfying click, having it vibrating and LED going off in your hand as you walk definitely gets a few head turners. I also recommend for other customers if they do not want a vibration that is stronger than controllers/phones to be hitting your leg every second due to the device to wait for updates. There's currently no way to turn off the LED (it's extremely bright) or decrease the limit of the vibration feature. It always works at max brightness or vibration which is irritating while walking with the device or when trying to sleep. Would I recommend this device to those that want or need an auto catcher? Yes as it does what it advertises and works most of the time. Is it a must have for people on the fence or for people that have other auto catchers? No, not really. The older auto catchers unfortunately have the same bugs introduced with updates that the plus plus has causing you to miss catches anyway. So if you are planning on getting it to fix that, it won't help.

I love this Pokémon Go Plus+. It auto-catches with Pokéballs and auto-spins Pokéstops. You can change to use Great balls and Ultra balls with the touch of the main button. It also tracks your sleep! I am a fan. Nothing against Go-tcha Generations but this first-party officially licensed accessory is much easier to use than that third-party unofficial accessory. For the price, it is the best overall accessory. Much better than the old Pokéball Plus which could only auto-spin Pokéstops and the even older Pokémon Go+ which didn’t automatically catch any Pokémon or automatically spin any Pokéstops. I highly recommend it for the ease of use for die-hard Pokémon Go fans like myself. Happy gaming, trainer!

Great accessory for PokémonGo. I didn’t have any issues connecting it to my game. I haven’t used it as an alarm in Pokemon Sleep and probably won’t. I like that you can turn the sound off and use great and ultra balls (wish they could be auto thrown). The auto spin feature has been amazing for pokestops. I’ve actually had to turn it off a few times because it’s filled my bad storage up and still tries to spin stops. Only drawbacks are you cannot turn off the vibration and the price.

I was going back and forth on getting this or not. I thought maybe it would take out alot of the fun of the game but it made it so much more enjoyable. For starters if youre the type to not always be on your phone but out and about each day having this with you spins the stops catches pokemon including shinies. I will note that it will fill up youre bag really fast with potions and balls so having good space does help. I would say having this i catch and extra 100 pokemon a day just being at work or driving to work and back. End of the day i go threw check ivs and for shinnies the rest i transfer. battery is actually really good i charge it maybe once every week. The rest of what it can do is any easy google search. This is just my experience with it
