My only issue is that I had to exchange one because it wasnt working right. Other than that its a good controller.

If you can't quite seem to get a handle on the rather large Game Pad controller, pick this up immediately. It's Nintendo's best controller since the GameCube's WaveBird. The ergonomics are nearly perfect. It goes on sale with some frequency, so worth waiting for a lower price as well.

This controller works great for me. I needed a second controller to for when a friend came over so we could play Mario Kart. I don't like how I have a tendency to over-steer with the wii-mote so the feel of a normal controller helped out a lot. The only cons are the placement of the right thumbstick seems awkward, but that could be that I'm just used to the Xbox controllers. The other con is that the only way to recharge is via a USB cable, but that is minor.

This remote was purchased to play the multi player games. The remote has a long battery life and is comfortable/easy to use. I prefer it over the game pad.

If you are gaming on WiiU, you owe it to yourself to grab yourself one of these controllers. Regardless of genre (platformers, first person shooter, and multi-platform port), your gaming enjoyment will improve greatly when getting one of these (as opposed to still playing on the gamepad). The controller buttons are well laid out, the device fits well in your hand, and has incredible battery life.

I really like this controller. I'm a Playstation gamer but playing Wii-U with my son and this controller has great control layout not as messed up as Xbox's but neat as PS3 OR 4. It also has a rumble feature which is always nice.

One of the best controllers made for Wii U. Great design, more games should support it. Beware of fakes on eBay and Amazon, and shady online websites. Fakes come in a box and have the Wii U/Nintendo logo. They are almost identical.

Normally Nintendo's controllers can leave a lot to be desired (at least, since the days of the GameCube). However, this is a must have accessory when buying the Wii U! Makes playing not only easier, but more enjoyable too.

I love this controller. It is comfortable to the hands and feels great while playing. For some reason though I still gravitate towards the gamecube controller for smash brothers. Perhaps it is because on the pro controller the buttons are all the same size, whereas the gamecube controller feels more native to the game with the giant "A" button. Still all said, the pro controller is a great controller.

I used wii u gamepad but it was big and unstable for action game. So I bought two pr controller and satisfied with this controller. Really comfortable. I've already recommend this controller to my friends.

I've had a couple of these controllers for about 2 years. Battery life is fantastic even after a couple of years owning them. They get used almost daily and only need charging once/twice a month. They are comfortable to hold and the button layout is sensible and easy to navigate. Definitely recommend these controllers though make sure they work with the games you own (they do work with most WiiU games). They don't work with some WiiU games - info is on the label of the game.

Bough this day one to play ZombiU multiplayer. Layout is a little unconventional with the right stick above the face buttons, but you get used to it surprisingly quickly. It is a lighter weight than other comparable controllers and I have yet to recharge it. I would definitely recommend this to anyone that would need a traditional controller for the Wii U

This was definitely a justified purchase. Needed mostly for playing Disney Infinity with my daughter. It requires a controller with access to several buttons. We have the original classic controller that plugs into a Wii remote, but the left thumb stick is in the most uncomfortable position on that one. This Pro Controller is much more ergonomic and comfortable for button mashing. The thumb sticks and buttons are smooth and responsive. The fact that it is rechargeable is also a big plus. My only complaint would be that I prefer the A, B, X, and Y buttons seem to be in the wrong spots sometimes, intuitively speaking. But I know that is a matter of preference.

Its a good controller, although its probably the best one for the Wii U. I've been accustomed to the PS4 controller so it took me a while to get used to the specific layout of this controller. Its still a comfortable controller to use.

the pro controller is a must have for any wiiu owner. It makes life with the new wii u controller much nicer. I just use the screen remote to turn on the system, then place it on the charger while i do all the rest with this controller. It truly has 70+ hours of battery life and is very comfortable to grip and use.

Incorporates the functions of the standard Wii controller + Wii joystick. This Wii U controller is more convenient than the two part Wii controller and is easier for the kids to use and manage.

Way better than the bulky Wii U GamePad. This should have been the default controller.

Ihave been using this controller for more than a month and im enjoying it.

Bought it for my son to use it for some games he love to play.

I love using this controller to play the games that it's compatible with. Sometimes the gamepad is too wide and feels a bit uncomfortable, for games like Smash brothers for instance...but this makes it much easier to play!
