The Pro Controller feels great, not since the Gamecube controller have I been this pleased with a Nintendo controller. The buttons feel like they will last for quite some time, and the d-pad is actually -decent- this time around.

While the Wii U's gamepad feels great, there's nothing like holding a traditional controller. The Pro controller has a great feel to it, as well as a great look. More often than not, I'll use it when the option is available.

Button configuration could be better for the older games, but still useful if you download a lot of older games for the Wii U.

While the design is great, a mild knock off ps3 or xbox controller, no games use it so its useless.

I 'have' to have a gamepad. It is my choice of controllers. Never liked the nunchuk 2 handed cantrollers. Gameplay is nicer now of the wii U

Purchased this controller as a birthday gift for my 8 year old son. He particularly enjoys using this controller with Mario Kart 8. I frequently use it myself when we team up on Super Mario 3D World. Great controller!
