Prefer this over the gamepad or wiimotes for games like Kart 8 and Smash Bros. Have 3 and the only complaint I've heard is someone not getting one.

This is a great controller to have for those that are serious players. Works great on Mario Kart 8.

I prefer the game pad to the other controllers you can use for the Wii U. Of course I loved this controller. Just make sure you keep it charged.

Controller is easy to hold onto and feels good in your hands. Controls feel good and are easy to reach for both my 12 year old daughter and I.

Highly recommended for various "core" games such as Bayonetta 2, Devils Third, and other titles that don't utilize the game pad that well.

Super comfy controller. Wish I would have gotten white as black attracts fingerprints. Doesn't use the same charger as the GamePad, so beware.

Gift for my son, he enj I yes it much better for a controller than the normal wii controller. Easier to control your character with in the game.

This is the controller you need for Wii-U. The only unfortunate thing is it has certain titles it is compatible with & other titles it does not.

This controller does the trick as far as giving you more buttons for those games which benefit from that type of set-up. However, the reason for my 4-star assessment is the fact that the controller just is not nearly as nice to use as a PS4 or XBOne controller.

This was a second controller purchase after the traditional Wii controllers. It functioned great for Mario games, infinity and roll play games.

This is a great controller for the Wii U. It works exactly as advertised and makes game play much better than the old Wii controllers we have.

Not as good as an Xbox controller, but the Wii U controller does the job for FPS games and such. Joysticks could have felt better however.

Perfect ergonomics and controls. Battery life is outstanding. Glossy finish in front leaves handprints though. But absolutely worth the money.

This controller is so much better to use when playing Mario Kart or Smash Bros. The big Wii-U pad gets really uncomfortable after 20 minutes.

Great addition to my son Wii U system. He likes to play more now with this one than with the dpad on some games, like the new pokemon.

The pro controller is a must have accessory for the WiiU, it's one of the most comfortable controllers I've played with. The battery life is amazing and if you'll be playing bayonetta this control is definitely the way to go, battery life is amazing on this thing, beat twilight princess which took me 60 hours and I've yet to charge the controller

Good product as expected, but it doesn't work for every Mario Game. For its price it should, but that's just a Nintendo marketing deal.

I bought this controller because I expected to not like using the wii u gampad. Turns out I really do enjoy the gamepad but I'm still glad I picked up this controller, though I wish it was on sale. Controller feels good in your hands and is pretty comparable to controllers on other consoles. The right and left bumper buttons next to the triggers could use more depth to them though. A must have controller if you or your friends don't want to use wii motes when playing multiplayer.
