I like this controller. It's pretty nice, especially when I don't feel like playing with the tablet. The placement of the A, B, X, and Y buttons is hard to get used to, for me. But it's nice.

The Nintendo pro controller for the WiiU is an excellent buy because it feels like playing the PS4, but instead a better version. Very easy to play with and not at all unuseful.

It's great that Nintendo has a controller like this for the Wii U. Some games just shouldn't be played with a Wiimote (or the GamePad). It does the job, but don't expect its design and ergonomics to match anything from Xbox or Playstation.

The controller works great. The classic design last for hours before charging.

The Wii U gamepad is great for off television play. But its size is cumbersome and the battery life is abysmal. If you find these issues annoying and while also enjoying playing your Wii U games on your television screen, then the Pro-Controller is a great purchase. Wireless, great battery life, and the standard controller size makes this controller a perfect addition to the Wii U console. The only issue is that the thumb sticks are still oddly positioned with the primary face buttons located where the right stick is found on the standard xbox/playstation controller. But this is something you'll get used to and does keep it in line with the layout of the Wii U gamepad.
