I bought this almost exclusively to play Zelda Breath of the Wild. It's perfect in every way for that as the tablet controller is too unwieldy for long session(in my opinion). The only fault is that it lacks the tilt controls that are required in a few of the shrines. This is my absolute first choice for any game that doesn't require the tablet controller. Hands down.

This controller is fantastic, but unless you own a Wii U, it won't work for you. Although the Wii U is backwards-compatible with almost all Wii accessories, the Nintendo Switch is not backwards-compatible with Wii U/Wii accessories. So if you own a Wii U, this is the best controller for it. If you own a Switch, you'll have to buy the Pro controller for the Switch.

The kids love to not have the cords and they like being able to move around!
