I don't understand why this controller isn't included with the Wii U, it is a Must have. I use it all the time for Monster Hunter, Bayonetta 2 and Super Smash Bros.

This is by far the best controller to have for playing games on the WiiU. Not every game supports it, but for the ones that do, it is great to be able to use it.

Kid has the wii u and only the wiimote and nunchucks for 2nd player, which limits you in game play. Now have full functionality without the weight of the gamepad.

For all the faults of the Wii U this is not one of them. If all 1st party games can use it including Super Smash Bros., Mario Kart, and the next Zelda than this is a must have.

Feels comfortable in the hands. I feel that this is the best of the ones available out there. At $50, it is still cheaper than the remotes on the rival systems.

Although I was able to use Nintendo Wii controllers for the Nintendo Wii U, I decided to buy the controller for the Wii U and the change was very satisfactory.

We have been meaning to buy a Pro Controller for ages, and now I wish we had much sooner. It is so much more comfortable to hold than the main WiiU controller.

Controller works just fine. Having the analogs on top is less awkward than it seems. The analog sticks on these controllers need to be recalibrated every so often. Hold A,B,+ and - at the same time for 5 seconds to fix your analog stick moving in a direction when it shouldn't.

This controller is essential if you want to play multiplayer on Wii U. I bought the Mario Kart Wii package which only comes with the game pad controller.

My son needed to get this at the last minute so he could play his cousin on the Wii U. Easy to pick up at our local Best Buy. Controller was responsive.

Controller is a great addition to the wii u lineup. Allows you to get more in depth control of characters while gaming.

this is a better controller than the game pad. its comfortable in your hands and its better to use on games that allow it like minecraft and smash bros.

This control is very good to play games on the console, as it is more comfortable than the other controls . pity that is not compatible with all games

If you have a Wii U and have a multiplayer game that requires more precision than a Wii-mote (like Super Mario 3D World), then you should get at least one of these.

my son loves it and now he invites all his friends over to play the wii u. unfortunately they take over my living room tv, but hey they're kids.
