extremely comfortable, long battery life, smoothest sticks i've ever felt in a controller, but too expensive not much else to say

Very comfortable, works great and holds a solid charge

I already enjoyed the original switch pro controller. This one functions the same but it has the edge in the feel of it. It fits my hands perfectly which I have not felt with pretty much any other controller. I would rate 6 out of 5 stars if i could

Picked up the Switch 2 Pro Controller at Best Buy and its been awesome upgrade. Feels great in the hands grips are comfy and the sticks are super precise no drift yet. Love the new C button for quick chat and those programmable GL/GR buttons are handy for mapping stuff. HD Rumble 2 is way better than the old one feels more detailed in games. Battery lasts forever too way longer than joycons. Setup was plug and play bluetooth connected fast. Only thing is the dpad could be a tad better for 2d games but overall killer controller. Makes playing docked or handheld way nicer definitely recommend over the basic ones.

This controller is a step up from the original Switch Pro controller. The 2 programmable back bottoms are very handy and easy to configure. Battery life is phenomenal. Much more comfortable to hold during long play sessions than the joycons. Highly recommend this controller.

Compared to its predecessor— the original switch’s pro controller— the Nintendo Pro Controller for the Nintendo Switch 2 offers about the same with some meaningful changes. First of all, the new controller receives a completely different finish when handling. In my experience, it is much easier to grip unlike the first pro controller which was slippery in my hands. Second, the analog sticks are just the best. They glide smoothly, yet make no sound when playing. Additionally, HD Rumble feels even more better than it’s predecessor and you can definitely notice the difference in games such as Mario Kart World. However, the 2 major changes that I loved about this controller is the 3.5mm audio jack on the bottom of the controller and the GR/GL back buttons. With the 3.5mm audio jack, I’m able to play games at the comfort of my bed using standard wired headphones without disturbing the house. Furthermore, the GR and GL buttons are a nice addition to the controller. The buttons are well thought out since accidental presses are not an issue. Additionally, their placement is in a spot that is natural and comfortable to use. While the $85 price tag may veer off some potential buyers, I do believe the price tag is some-what justified from how well the controller performs overall. Overall, this is a great controller that is worth a consideration.

Had a small problem getting connected but works great

The joysticks feel better than the original. Makes a big difference on donkey kon bonanza. The rumble and the feel of the controller feels different than the switch pro or 3rd party controllers. Battery life is extremely long and feels great in hands and very comfortable. Finish on controller does make it a bit slippery, but that is a small con.

This is my “go to” controller every time I turn on the switch 2. It’s comfortable, and even has extra buttons on the back to map inputs that otherwise might feel clunky if that action was solely mapped to a face button. The battery life lasts a pretty long time. I play the switch 2 very casually and the times I do play, the controller definitely makes my gaming experience easier. Not to mention this is currently the only controller that can turn your console on remotely.

I love the material used on the controller. It feels soft, like a fluffy cloud. It is slightly smaller than the first pro controller, but I think I just need more time to get used to it because I have like 600 hours of playtime with the first one. Using the Switch 2 pro controller with Donkey Kong Bonanza and working well!

The finish and feel of this controller is premium, and a big step up from the original pro controller. It has the best back buttons of any controller I've used, as I don't ever accidentally press them when I clench the controller in tense situations. The face buttons are silent too, and the headphone jack is almost a necessity if you want to use a headset in most setups. It's pricey, but a very nice controller overall.

Love this just as much as the original pro controller. Love having two back buttons to map and the Switch 2 makes it so easy and convenient to map them for each game.
