    A night and day improvement over the old pro controller, especially with the joystick movement. However there are some repairability concerns. It is very difficult to dismantle the controller in order to replace any failed components.

    This is a really great controller. Since it is made by Nintendo, it has all of the available features, it can wake the system and it has NFC built in.

    The original pro controller will work on the new switch. This one as some comfort upgrades. It feels better to hold and the triggers have better reaction. If you already have a pro controller, I would say maybe wait for a sale on this one. If you don't have a pro controller, they are amazing! If you play on your tv, or play with the switch propped up, it's way more comfortable then holding the switch.

    The analog sticks have more weight to them, in a good way. Two mappable button in the back that are not in the way
