The new controllers are awesome. They feel much better than the pro controllers for switch one. Highly recommend if you want to play games like Madden or anything more complicated than the Mario titles.

Controller comfortable to hold. Triggers are responsive.

Amazing battery life compared to Dualsense. I would prefer dpad like (S)NES and *maybe* different triggers but this is close to perfection.

It's a very good controller. Nintendo took the already great Switch 1 pro controller and made it even better. Albeit it is a little pricey

I’ve used the pro 1 controller for years, and this feels pretty similar, but just a little nicer. I like that it feels slightly smaller and less bulky.

Great battery life feels good. Quality materials. They added back buttons and headphone jack and chat button. However, does not work with switch 1 or OLED

This shape of controller is my go to for switch unless i'm playing something that works better with other control setups. This is an appreciable update on the switch 1 pro. The webbing on the D pad has the same problem as the switch 1 version, which is unfortunate. Is 3rd party better? I think having 1 of these and a couple 8bitdo controllers is a good mix. There is no need to have more than one of these.

This controller is the best one you can get for Switch 2. Unfortunately, the price is too high. The comfort and feel of the controller is the main selling point. Despite not having the same rubber grip on the handles as the Pro 1 controller, it still feels solid in the hands. This is also the only controller (so far) that can wake the Switch 2 up. A nice to have feature, but not entirely necessary. A few nitpicks would be the difficulty of finding the home button without looking down and the on indicator being moved to the top of the controller. Coming from a Pro 1 controller, I keep glancing down at the bottom to see if it is even on. Unfortunately, the price makes it a hard recommend. If you can find this on sale, I highly recommend it. At full price, you're better off grabbing an 8BitDo Ultimate controller. It does everything this one does, but without being able to wake the Switch 2 from sleep.

Improved on what was already great with the first switch controller. The biggest improvement to me is the thumbsticks. They’re noticeably smoother and have a clean, consistent feel to them.

Great system. I own a Switch 1 and a steam deck. Major leap over switch 1 and the steam deck.

BUY THIS CONTROLLER FOR YOUR SWITCH 2. Seriously, it is the best controller you can have for your Switch 2.
