Cooler than the first switch, but the game key card system could render it useless in a few year.

The controller feels great in the hand. Too bad it doesn't work like it should. I had MAJOR stick drift and apparently I'm not the only one who had this problem. This makes me want to wait until it drops in price which it probably won't ever do. Just use your switch 1 pro controllers.

This controller feels more premium than the joy cons, the added back buttons are nice ans you wont accidentally trigger them.

Trash after 62 days. Nintendo won't troubleshoot.

This is easily the most disappointing "upgrade" to a controller I've ever dealt with. These are going to be notorious for stick drift just like the controllers prior, but also for them dying for no reason. After 62 days my controller powered on for a moment and then promptly deceased, nixed itself, and has never powered on again. Nintendo will not help you unless you give them the serial number of another product. Otherwise they refuse to help you. So I hope you get a good one, because these aren't going to be fun to try to warranty. It DOES feel better in the hand, but it's just a greedy cash grab by Nintendo.

The only issue I have with this controller is that if you don’t use it for a while the battery will discharge and you got a dead controller when you use it. I have contacted Nintendo but I have not got around to sending it in.
