    An Excellent Controller

Compared to its predecessor— the original switch’s pro controller— the Nintendo Pro Controller for the Nintendo Switch 2 offers about the same with some meaningful changes. First of all, the new controller receives a completely different finish when handling. In my experience, it is much easier to grip unlike the first pro controller which was slippery in my hands. Second, the analog sticks are just the best. They glide smoothly, yet make no sound when playing. Additionally, HD Rumble feels even more better than it’s predecessor and you can definitely notice the difference in games such as Mario Kart World. However, the 2 major changes that I loved about this controller is the 3.5mm audio jack on the bottom of the controller and the GR/GL back buttons. With the 3.5mm audio jack, I’m able to play games at the comfort of my bed using standard wired headphones without disturbing the house. Furthermore, the GR and GL buttons are a nice addition to the controller. The buttons are well thought out since accidental presses are not an issue. Additionally, their placement is in a spot that is natural and comfortable to use. While the $85 price tag may veer off some potential buyers, I do believe the price tag is some-what justified from how well the controller performs overall. Overall, this is a great controller that is worth a consideration.

I really enjoy the switch 2 pro controller it feels good to hold and all the buttons have a really nice feel to them. Programmable back buttons are really nice to customize depending on what games you play. It does fall short on connectivity it has amazing connection to the switch 2 but cant connect to the first switch or anything else other than that its a great product.

The joysticks feel better than the original. Makes a big difference on donkey kon bonanza. The rumble and the feel of the controller feels different than the switch pro or 3rd party controllers. Battery life is extremely long and feels great in hands and very comfortable. Finish on controller does make it a bit slippery, but that is a small con.

Feels like a necessary purchase if you play your switch 2 in docked mode. My daughter and I were playing a game and we would switch back and forth between this and the joycon and we both agreed this was much better, so much that this is the second one I bought so we could each have one.

The finish and feel of this controller is premium, and a big step up from the original pro controller. It has the best back buttons of any controller I've used, as I don't ever accidentally press them when I clench the controller in tense situations. The face buttons are silent too, and the headphone jack is almost a necessity if you want to use a headset in most setups. It's pricey, but a very nice controller overall.

    Best Controller on the market

This controller is better and higher quality than any off-brand out on the market. I am just a guy that occasionally plays some games when there is time, but I noticed that nothing beats the peripherals made by the manufacturer specifically for their gaming system. A little more expensive, but worth it.

If you have a switch 2 and you dont have the new pro controller then you're not really playing the way it was meant to be played. This controller is by far the best controller i've ever had. The battery lasts a week no matter how much I use it, its 100% ergonomic the rumble is clean and the feel of the controller in my hand is unrivaled. Way more comfortable to hold than the dual sense in my opinion.

Got this at launch, and after months of use I can say this is a very good upgrade over the original Switch 1 pro controller. More comfortable, better sticks, and additional back buttons that you can map for each individual game. Worth.

I love the material used on the controller. It feels soft, like a fluffy cloud. It is slightly smaller than the first pro controller, but I think I just need more time to get used to it because I have like 600 hours of playtime with the first one. Using the Switch 2 pro controller with Donkey Kong Bonanza and working well!

Prefer the original pro controller, back buttons are a nice addition. This pro feels narrower or different geometry vs the original pro controller and the main driver of my preference.only reason I got it is to be able to wake my console, so they got me

I already enjoyed the original switch pro controller. This one functions the same but it has the edge in the feel of it. It fits my hands perfectly which I have not felt with pretty much any other controller. I would rate 6 out of 5 stars if i could

It should be a standard buy to get when you purchase a switch two. Slightly smaller i believe than the original switch pro controller but it fits well. Gr and Gl buttons are placed perfectly. To me it feels like it charges faster also.

...beautifully smooth sticks, consistently precise buttons, and seems to give good battery life. A little spendy, but most folks will be glad they took the upgrade.
