This Nintendo Switch 2 Pro Controller feels solid and comfortable to hold. The buttons and sticks are responsive and precise, making games more enjoyable. Battery life is excellent and the build quality feels premium. Definitely worth it if you play a lot on the Switch 2!

Better than the original pro controller. seems to fit in your hands better.
Yes, it can turn on the switch 2 (the original pro controllers won't turn on the switch2).
I personally love how quite the buttons and analog sticks are. Makes it easier to game in bed when the wife goes to bed early.
I don't like the price tag, but I it was on sale for $75, and had rewards points to make it a great deal. Glad I ended t up getting it. If you can afford it, get it.
I don't even use the new buttons, I'm too old to try to figure those out,
Too new to know about stick drift....I'm hoping they do better than the original pro controllers.

The Best Switch Controller Yet

The Nintendo Switch 2 Pro Controller has completely elevated my gaming experience. Right out of the box, the feel in hand is great and comfortable for long play sessions. The textured grips make a noticeable difference and the rumble is amazing.
One of the biggest improvements I’ve noticed is the charging speed. Compared to the original Pro Controller, this one charges much faster, so I’m back in the game sooner and don’t have to worry about downtime. The battery life is also excellent, lasting through multiple sessions without needing a top-up.
If you’re looking for a reliable, comfortable, and responsive controller for your Switch 2, I highly recommend this upgrade over playing with the Joy-Cons.

For a Pro controller the battery life is fantastic. The behind the grip buttons are nice. I like how you can change them by game and not globally. However, to change them is not very user friendly but once you get used to it…. The over all experience is better than the joy cons. My only complaints is the increase in price isn’t generally worth the price of admission. I would correlate this to a standard remote with two extra buttons.

Awesome controller, was honestly expecting it was like any other but to be honest it feels great and the quality is extremely good. Feels super good for hours of gameplay and has back buttons for those seeking to do competitive gameplay to assist. A little pricey but it’s totally worth it.

I am pleasantly surprised with the weight and feeling of this controller. It is solidly built and works amazingly well. I got two of these because the first one was soooo good.

It’s so smooth! I was wondering how the pro controller could feel better, like everyone was saying, but it just feels so good in the hands. The back buttons are a fidgeters dream! Lol

The Nintendo Switch 2 Pro Controller is an interesting device. It only works with the Switch 2 for now. It wakes up the Switch 2, unlike the Switch 1 Pro Controller with the Switch 2. It's got back grip buttons, which are really useful for those times you don't want to take your thumbs off of the sticks to press a face button to jump, etc. I do find it interesting that it's actually slightly smaller then the Pro-Con 1, but the face buttons, ABXY and D-Pad are bigger too. Which is nice. I like it and even got another one for my wife now, since we got a second Switch 2 for her to also enjoy, without sharing the first one.

This controller was easy to set up, feels great in the hands and works great too! The additional buttons on the back are interesting and should come in handy. It is a bit pricy but it just came out.

Great controller. Smoothest sticks around and buttons feel good. Gyro controls make me pick this over Xbox and battery life kills the dualsense edge all for half the price of the others.

A great controller, very comfortable to use, I would say that it only comes second to the Xbox series x controller but only slightly behind for comfort. I love the fact that there are extra buttons behind the controller that would pull it ahead of the Xbox controller.

I bought this controller yesterday and absolutely love it! I’ve been using the joycons for handheld and even the controller accessory that the joycons snap into but it still didn’t feel right to me due to using Xbox and PlayStation controllers for so long. I searched for Nintendo accessories the other day and saw this controller pop up and thought that’s the controller I need since it’s like my Xbox controller. I used this bad boy last night and was blown away by the feel and response of the controls. It’s exactly what I was looking for. Felt great to have an actual controller in my hand to play Mario kart world and donkey Kong Bananza. I would definitely recommend this controller if you're looking for a change from the joycons. It’s definitely worth the money.

One of, if not THE best controller I’ve used, I can’t believe back buttons aren’t the standard yet, they’re a godsend and really enhance so many games, platformers where I can jump with the back button and move the camera at the same time feel SO smooth!

I really like the way it feels in my hands. It doesn't make my hands cramp at all. The joysticks movement are very smooth and I have high hopes so far on them not drifting.

I thought the Pro Controller for the original Switch was great, but everything about this controller is absolutely excellent. The sticks are smooth and quiet, the buttons still feel great, and the new GL/GR buttons are incredibly handy.

At a glance it looks a lot like the Pro controller for the first Switch, but handling them side by side you can tell the differences — this new one is slightly smaller, face buttons are a little larger, and the analog sticks glide a lot smoother. Plus the extra remappable buttons on the back work great for several games to “free up” thumbs. I was able to get a price match and use a gift card to bring down my cost, but even at full price its arguably worth it, especially if this is your first non-Joy Con controller purchase.
