I bought this for myself (Animal Crossing!) but my kiddos also love it and can use it easily. Very simple to set up. The controllers are a bit flimsy and the buttons are very small (you have to buy the other controllers for larger buttons). Controllers are wireless and keep a very long charge (have only charged once since purchase)

Excellent system! love that its a portable console that can be played anywhere.

Switches are great! Especially switch sports! This was our second one for the house because the first one was being used on Pokémon and a second was needed for the game room to play sports

Love this game consule. You are able to take it with you anywhere to play with it or put it in the tv. I love that it has a comination of games from nintendo or even the games that used to be in ps or xbox only. My son plays games everyday. He also loves it.

First things first. 32gb of storage is not nearly enough and the SD solution is meh. The system is slightly under powered and does not have the major titles. With that being said, wow, this is an amazing system. I thought I would never use the portability and that quickly changed. It is just a blast to play and has all of the great Nintendo titles you want. Pro controller is a must buy.

The Nintendo Switch is great for all ages. I'm a middle-aged guy and the you know Nintendo has a crazy amount of exclusive games you have no choice but to get this if you want to play them. Awesome to have mobile on the go option. Bringing it with you everywhere you go with pretty decent battery life which is much improved on the V2 version of the Switch. Ability to buy docks is nice to set up multiple stations around the house for use. Games are great and it is honestly an awesome device, especially for the price.

Very nice hand held console. Really enjoy the option of using the stand to play the games on the Tv. WHO KNEW ID BE ABLE TO PLAY POKEMON GAMES ON MY TV ONE DAY !!! Storage was a little on the lighter side however the expansion sds are reasonably priced.

This was the present that made Christmas for our son “the best one ever!” He has played it every day since opening it on Christmas morning. The quality of the Switch is very Nintendo and can be felt when you hold it. The easy transition from being a mobile device to being docked on the tv is perfect and completely intuitive. The controllers are good size for both small hands and large. Battery life seems great for the size of the Switch. The system boots up and shuts down very quickly. The game quality is great and so far has kept the attention of our kid. I’d highly recommend the Switch to friends and family.

I grew up on the Nintendo DS and when I saw that the switch one on sale, I had to buy it. The Nintendo switch is an amazing game system and makes playing multiplayer games an even greater experience. I love how portable this is and the fact that it can link to a TV to play on a larger screen it’s just amazing.

Love my Switch, it's a great handheld and home console in one. Performance is great, battery life is OK and the overall system is easy enough for anyone to use. It's lineup of games is kinda weak at the moment. Don't get me wrong, Nintendo is doing a great job this first year but they haven't quite got the third party help yet. That said, the future is really bright! It's already got great titles in Zelda and Mario Kart, Splatoon 2 coming next month (July). ARMs coming soon if your into that. Fall-Holiday should be huge tho with Mario Odyssey, Fire Emblem Warriors, Xenoblade 2. They are already teasing more big titles for next year, including pokemon in the next few years! It should have a steady flow of great Nintendo games for years to come. Gameplay wise, while the screen itself is kinda small for multiplayer the idea of each player gets a joycon for multiplayer on the go is really great. Playing great looking titles like Zelda and Mario Kart on the go feels like magic after coming from 3ds graphics. The dock works really well and instantly turns the handheld into a home console. Accessories are really expensive, extra controllers run $70+, which is kinda insane. Pro Controller is fantastic despite it's high cost. An joycon at least feel solid so none of it feels cheap but still, it's a high price to pay. Overall I'm very happy with my purchase, I think more casual gamers can afford to wait until the lineup is a bit bigger but even still I think anyone can find stuff to play for now and Nintendo has a pretty steady flow of games,,, even if it's just a game or so a month.

This was a gift for my younger soon. I honestly thought it was going to be lame and he would get bored after a few weeks. I could not have been more wrong. This this is amazing. It is so much fun. The newer hardware has great battery life. We play family games on it and there are more titles than I had expected. Special not the game- starlink battle for atlas- is so much fun and replay on it is always changing. The Switch is a very fun and versatile system. Fun for small kids, teens and adults. I even sneak in when he is sleeping and play.

The Nintendo switch is amazing!!! I bought it not too long ago and I use it every single night to play my games. I’m able to play so many old nostalgic games on it that I love so much. Absolutely amazing purchase, would definitely recommend!

I absolutely love the switch. I’m more of a handheld gamer and the practicality and portability of this console makes gaming so much fun. Love the fact I can go from playing on my tv to jumping back to handheld with ease. Feels very nostalgic also

I was on the fence about purchasing this for an extended period of time. I decided to and purchased it from Best Buy just after Christmas. It is a great item for my personal work travel and my kids love it as well. We use it in handheld mode and purchased a 3rd party controller to use which the entire switch docks inside of as it is easier to hold for extended periods of time. I would also recommend purchasing an additional set of joycons if you have a lot of people that will be using the system. They are pricey but a must for groups.

Christmas gift upgrade for daughter from switch lite that she had for year's, she loves it and likes the game options from handheld to tv as well as turning the console screen into its own little tv. Very cool little gaming system!!

At first I was unsure about the switch but fell in love with it quickly and has become my second favorite console. there's nothing better than being able to play great games on the go and play splitscreen in seconds. most games I average about 4-5 hours in handheld mode but its plenty when out and about. the game library is growing and with some great games like Mario, Zelda, doom, skyrim and rocket league, it's just amazing to be able to play them while at the dmv or waiting rooms, makes time fly by. I recommend a 128gb memory card as the internal 32gb fills up quick if you're going all digital.

This system is amazing. The hybrid function of portable and TV mode make it truly a unique gaming experience. Nintendo is finally getting support from Triple A developers so you will have options to big name titles as well. You may be sightly disappointed in the user interface’s simplicity but future software updates will upgrade those features. One thing to note: if you are going to play the big games like Skyrim, Doom, 2k, etc... you will need a Micro SD card to store the game’s software. The default 32gb that comes in the switch isn’t enough. The good news is that SD cards are reasonably priced.

This is my second Nintendo Switch (I gifted my older one to my girlfriend), and this version is much improved over the previous one, at least in battery life. The switch has been a great way to play multiplayer games like smash ultimate online with friends, overcooked 1 and 2 with the gf, and Tetris. In addition, there are great first party games from Nintendo. Portability is also a great feature in that you can use it on your commute on the train or plane once travel resumes.

Bought as a present to replace an old NDS XL. Battery life so far is pretty good (read that previous model had shorter life) and is fairly easy to use. Absolutely need to buy an SD card because you don’t get a lot of internal memory which is a problem with games like NBA 2k20 which requires you to do a large download to get full access to all of the game features but can’t be done without having more space than provided. Easy to connect to tv for full screen experience and easy to pick up and continue your play on the go.
