I had waited FOREVER for these to be back in stock and I was so thrilled when I was able to get it. It's great as a TV Console and a hand held gaming device.

I really didn't want to buy a new game system but this one is great. I loved the Wii U and this is even better. I can't believe how thin it is! Nintendo always has family friendly games too which is great.

I am writing this review after over a year of owning the switch. My wife obtained this beauty for me on release night after sitting outside in line while I was at work overnight, bless her soul because it has been a blessing to me ever since. I had no intentions of buying the switch, not because I didn't want it but because I had just not looked into it as I was not impressed with the recent gaming systems released by Nintendo. I believe they really outdid themselves in this console design (I am extremely happy with the variety of games since release also, but this review is about the system). The system itself has met every expectation. Graphics are wonderful considering the more cartoon style games you see with Nintendo, having slight variations between the docked system and the handheld system. To be able to hold these platform titles in ones hand while out on the go, or just lounging is a major plus. The switch between docked to handheld is seamless. And the handheld system can easily last for a few hours on one charge, which is fantastic. The only issue I have had with the console was an issue with my left joy-con (the controller) disconnecting randomly. I attempted to trouble shoot this, and after some reading found out that this was an issue with some of the launch day joy-cons and Nintendo had determined the problem. The customer support was extremely helpful, and after a quick send off of my left joy-con it works better than new (since my new wasn't the greatest!). Nintendo out did itself on this one, and the game titles to go along with their spectacular system are vast. They've brought back new versions of some classics, revamped previous games, and brought new games into the mix; also, through the store, some Indie games are available making this system allow for great diversity.

My job requires long periods of waiting with little to do. I upgraded from my 2ds and couldn't be happier with my purchase! I love being three button clicks away from Mario, Zelda, or Splatoon at any time.

Just buy it, GREAT console, great games, great portable, great everything...

Purchased mainly to play Breath of the wild, but also tried Super Mario Odyssey. The controls, the game pad, everything is amazing! Couldn’t be happier with the battery life, graphics, and overall quality.

I bought the Switch to kill time during this Social distancing and it has not disappointed me. I really enjoy the versatility of playing games on the tv and by handheld.

My 6 year old son loves it! He picked it up pretty fast and is constantly on it.

This is a great 2 in 1 portable and dock console. I jumped on it when they came back in stock and I have no regrets. Brings back my Nintendo years of fun

It was so hard to find a switch. My neice graduated elementary school and this is what she wanted as her friends had gotten switches to. So easy to setup she loves it

Great console and lots of fun but I literally had to stalk this website for 3 weeks to snag one. Wish they’d consider preorders or something with the way stock has been.

My son received this one for his birthday a month ago, I started playing with him some games because he asked me.... No I can't stop playing!! Buy one of this an enjoy playing great games with your kids!

Great quality for a good price. Lots of fun and very easy to grab and take on the go. Good battery life and tons of game options for whatever your into. Highly recommend.

We bought this for our young boy and girl, both under 10. My wife and I also grew up playing Nintendo systems so we have an affinity towards some of the games to begin with. The variety of games was great and did not disappoint. We wound up getting great picks like Minecraft and Elder Scrolls and some great classic of course, like Mario and Crash. We have had a great time playing as a family, which was one of the selling points. The controller is responsive and I love that it is wireless. The graphics are excellent and the system plays with no jerkiness in gameplay. Overall this was a great purchase for a casual gaming family.

Was SO STOKED to finally get my hands on a Switch! It definitely has not disappointed anyone who plays!! Shipping went off without a hitch & arrived as scheduled.

Love it, kids share it and the shipping was fast. It’s an awesome console with great games. Kids love all the Mario games. Love that it can travel with us also.

When I bought this I looked everywhere and could only find it on BestBuy! The switch still works great even when shared by a family of 5, 3 of whom are kids.

This is the perfect console, it includes everything you need to get started, its great if you want to play with friends on the big screen or even take anywhere you want.
