For families and children, it's an affordable console that will be well worth the purchase. The problem with the switch is that it feels like a secondary console. If you don't have a current generation console (Xbox One, PS4) then it doesn't make sense to have a switch as of current.

Best Nintendo system in years

I love the fact if can be connected to the TV, used as a handheld console, and taken with us when we go places. The joycon controllers also give it the feel of of the original Wii console and when on the grip almost feels like an xbox controller.
