Best portable video game!! And the game are amazing!! The kids love it!!

We bought this to pass the time in quarantine and it did just that! It was perfect for the family, we could play many games together, and we all could have fun. My only downside is the fact that sometimes the joycons will drift or do their own things. Sometimes the joycon will snap out of it, other times it won't. Down the road, I feel like it'll cost me a new pack of joycons, which is ok I guess. That is the only thing I have to critique otherwise I really recommend this product! One of my favorite Nintendo purchases to date along with my NES! Also, they do have a Nintendo online subscription that is very nice, especially when it comes to accessing retro games like paperboy! It is very reasonable as well for $2-4 a month depending on what/how long your subscription type is.

The Switch is easily the best purchase I have made in 2020. Especially considering the state of things, the system has brought us nothing but enjoyment. A little escape during the day, and being able to seamlessly go from portable to the tv whenever I need to was something I didn't even know I would appreciate so much. Everyone passes it around all day to play Animal Crossing, it's great.

I picked this baby up August 8th 2020. Yes my friend I got my hands on a new nintendo switch during the pandemic! I did an online order and choose pickup in store. I love pickup in store, it's quick and easy and employees always seem up beat. Anywho the switch is great. my daughter needed a second animal crossing island so wala switch# 2. Works great highly recommend.

This system does so much. Controlers take some time to get use to but by far the best nintendo since the wii. its porable with a long battery life. Happy with my purchase. 4stars because No game comes with the system but is a decent price for a console that can do so much.

I love the purchase I made and my daughter loved her birthday gift. It works great and no issues. Best Buy is always great with their service. I leave with a smile. Great customer service!!!

This system is amazing a great system for families. I for sure recommend this system to anyone who loves playing Mario and other old school games.

I have loved Nintendo since I was a kid. I played the Wii, had the Wii U (not the best console sadly) and then came along the Switch. Please buy one if you can because you will enjoy the experience immensely. I cannot recommend this console more. I convinced my boyfriend, multiple friends, and two siblings to purchase one. It is simply amazing for any age and gamer. The Switch has solid games that were released in 2017. I can only imagine whats to come!

I’ve got this for the kids (5&8) and for being their first console ever, and in my opinion is perfect for kids. The games are usually more kid friendly and less violent that the other ones in general. Most of the games are associate with Mario, Pokemon, Lego, etc. The console works great, simple, and specially during the shelter in place, this has being the best decision in the last days.

I bought a Nintendo Switch at launch and love it! However last year they released a newer model that has a better battery life which I've been wanting to buy. I was finally able to buy it after months of this item being sold out. All in all if you have the money I'd say buy this for the better battery life but if you already have a Switch I'd wait until the inevitable Switch Pro.

Ok it's not good... it is a great product!! Now I have only owned it for about 20 days at the time of writing this review. I can say that it is one of the best consoles I have ever owned and to top it off it is portable which makes it great for those travel people. I have always been a PC gamer but getting this console along with Zelda Breath of the Wild has really impressed me. Now by no means does this roll over a PC but for what it does it gets my vote!

Love playing this with friends. I am so glad Best Buy restocked all the ones on other websites were either sold out or way too expensive. They notified me as soon as it arrived and just keep in mind that your order might be delayed due to COVID but mine came in with 1.5 weeks and not too bad of weight especially since it was in store pick up and no fee for shipping.

I have a PS4 which is great for multi platform games but the Nintendo Switch is a must for their exclusives.

The ability to use this console on your tv or as a hand held is very much underrated. Granted that's the entire gimmick of this console. The games on the Switch are perfect for beginner gamers, and there are games that are challenging enough for people who've played video games a lot as well. The only downside is the graphics arent quite up to PS4 or Xbox One standards, but they're still very good.

Great portable game system, great quality, still a bit pricey for such a small device

I have a PS4 and a higher end gaming PC. I end up playing the Switch and Animal Crossing because it's so easy to pick up and start playing. I can carry it with me to my computer desk and play while I wait for something in World of Warcraft to happen, but then I just end up playing Animal Crossing instead! The quality of nintendo exclusive games cannot be underestimated.

I bought this for my 8 year old brother and he loves it, many of the games are very cheap (compared to other consoles) or have free demo. I would highly recommend spending the additional $50 for the extra protection. After 1 week of having it my brother broke 1 of the controllers, so I took it back to the store, and got a new controller shipped to me in the mail. The protection is definitely worth it.
