my son goes between his mothers and my place and this was so handy to get so we don't have to pack the whole setup as he goes back and forth

OEM replacement dock for the switch. It's nice because I can leave one at my parents house when we visit with the kids (would also work for co-parents, vacation home, RV, etc). Don't need to bring all the cables, just the switch and drop it in. Like most things Nintendo, it just works. Price is a little high, but look around for price matching!

This docking station is great for using the switch in a second room. This eliminates the hassle of disconnecting and reconnecting wires.

I got this dock for my living room. When my kids friend come over they just switch from their room to the living room. It’s that easy.

the extra dock really helps with convenience. it allows for me to play or allow other to play the nintendo switch from the living room to the room without having to be moving the original dock. other than that it feels expensive for what it provides but its all for convenience.

The box comes with the Official Nintendo Dock, Power Cable, and an HDMI cable. It is the exact same one that comes in the box with the Nintendo Switch. It works perfectly and has given no issues, as expected. Only downside I guess would be the price. Try to get it when it is on sale, or price match with a competitor if possible.

I purchased the Nintendo - Switch™ Dock Set so that I could easily transport and play the Nintendo Switch on a second TV in my house — without unplugging the entire setup from one TV and plugging it into another. This is especially critical in my house due to the way that my entertainment centers are set up: once a component goes in there, it gets the full "clean wire" treatment, so removing, replacing, or repairing something that has made its way into my home theater is a bit of an undertaking. The Dock Set offered exactly what I needed. We can now very easily play the Switch on two TVs, which is great because that means I (dad) can play the Switch in my bedroom! I believe this is the exact same model that comes packed with the Nintendo Switch system, so there is no learning curve or new things to learn with the Nintendo - Switch™ Dock Set. If you were able to hook up and use the Switch when you first pulled it out of the box, then you'll love the Dock Set. I would highly recommend the Nintendo - Switch™ Dock Set for those who want to play their Switch on multiple TVs.

Definitely on the pricey side at $90, but this works great if you want to dock your switch in multiple rooms.

The docking station is a great way to be able to move the Switch from room to room. No unhooking cords to display on another TV/monitor. If it wasn't for the expensive price, I would give 5 stars.

I bought this instead of an extra charger. Its nice to be able to drop the Switch into another TV no hassle!

Exactly what you need. Having an extra makes you feel like having double consoles in your house.
