I bought this and waited 2 months for another subscription to end. Tried to use it and Best Buy said it was no longer available. It was a digital online purchase. The Nintendo online is great though, I buy directly from them from now on.

I am not a fan of the subscription services.Old way to play seemed much more fun but I understand the times are changing and eveything is done on-line. I purchased this so my kids could use the new switch online with friends.

Hate that Nintendo is holding you saves hostages behind a pay wall. I understand they need a source of revenue, but I would be happilly paying their online service even if the online saving service was free or let use to back up the save offline. That is the only reason I'm giving this service 2 stars, because it really annoys me that way nintendo is handling the game saves.

Family subscription is the best way to go. It was easy instructions.

I honestly don't feel the subscription has good enough value but for what it's worth it's fine if you're in the Nintendo Ecosystem.

The options for playing multiplayer games online with friends is very limited and was pretty disappointing when attempting to play games such as Mario Party.

This is necessary for games like splatoon2 oon and smash bros. The servers aren’t the best considering that you have to pay to use the service.

Decent content for the price, but very limited retro library.

We’ve had much difficulty getting this to work properly. I have four boys so thought this would be the easiest and cheapest way to get Nintendo Switch Online for everyone. My husband has had to make several phone calls to customer service and has had to do everything from change passwords to submit payment information again which I don’t appreciate. In the end we still can’t get it to work on one of my son’s accounts.

I’m not sure what benefit this online membership actually has yet but this is a good price

I only bought this for this new game that was comming out that needed membership and to only find out that they changed it when it released. i never needed it so feel like i got scammed into buying this glad its not 60 dollars like playstation or xbox but its still pretty bad that most of the switch games are just as expensive as a console games when they are just compressed versions.

I expected it to be like Xbox live but it’s far from it. Not really worth the money. The games it comes with aren’t great just a bunch of old games.

this wasn’t as great as i wanted it to be. seem like you still have to buy a lot to be usable

Now that Nintendo has moved away from free online player gaming, these memberships are needed if you're looking to play with others.

I think there should be a way to add tour family members from your switch instead of haveing to go to a website to add them.

If it wasn't for Animal Crossing and Super Smash Bros, I really wouldn't have much reason to have it.

Don’t need it. Most of the games I play are local multiplayer.

Not that great if you don't like playing old classic games.
